“Contacted AmeriPharma for copay assistance for a high-dollar Rx for my Dad. I worked with Linda and Susy who were both very helpful and compassionate.Linda contacted me immediately after I submitted a request online, and she was on top of the situation the whole time. I provided some basic information and Linda took it from there. She did all the legwork with his insurance and his doctor. Susy then stepped in to submit whatever was needed to apply for the actual copay assistance.As it turned out, my Dad still had several months left on his current assistance through a charitable foundation called Well Health. So, he ended up continuing with his current pharmacy. After all that, Susy was only happy that he was getting the medication he needed. I felt badly for having wasted her and Linda's time, but she seemed genuinely happy that he still had the financial coverage he needs.That said, if my Dad or anyone else I know needs this kind of assistance (and let's face it, drugs nowadays can be thousands of dollars a month with copays that are hundreds or thousands, as was for my Dad) I wouldn't hesitate to contact AmeriPharma again.AmeriPharma works with multiple charitable foundations and drug makers to help patients get copay assistance. They have all the resources so you don't have to search and apply to all the various places that might offer financial assistance. Even though I didn't end up filling with them this time, I'm grateful for their services and compassionate employees.”

“A great big shout out to Rick for a very fast fix to my malfunctioning three wheel scooter. My scooter would not engage the motor, but battery was fine. I took it over to the store. He did a quick inspection of a connection and found a bent pin. He straighten out the pin, and the scooter ran fine. I tried to pay him, he refused the money cause he said he didn't do any thing..but I explained to him ....it saved me a lot of trouble. He wished me a Merry Christmas...he really is a nice guy...”

“I went to this place yesterday to look for a motorized scooter for myself as I am finding that my endurance is not what it used to be. I'm sorry that I didn't ask for the name of the young man who assisted me. He was kind, thorough, and took time to show me the features of the portable scooter I was interested in. There was a great selection to pick from. I would, definitely go back to this store if I am ever in need of medical supplies. I live in Long Beach. “I am a CRPS patient and when one of my pain management doctors recommended a spinal cord stimulator, another doctor was completely against it because of the low success rate and many possible complications. He then handed me a brochure about H-Wave and prescribed it for me as a trial. Within the first week my horrific ugly crying unimaginable pain was SIGNIFICANTLY reduced!! At week three I am sleeping through the night, on ZERO pain meds and even coming off the rest of my medications. The pain is 99% GONE. The swelling has also been greatly reduced. This machine has given me hope that I thought was lost. I was grieving a life that I thought I would never see again. The thought of never being able to run or enjoy any of the outdoor activities again crushed me completely. I’m a veteran firefighter and tough is my middle name, so I was ready to battle whatever was ahead of me. My injury occurred Sept 12, ‘21 and I can finally say I have hope again for a future.
