“I communicated with Leslie from Customer Service who assisted me with an exchange. I purchased a motorcycle jacket liner that was too big and I sent it back in exchange for a smaller size. The company's policy is to inspect the item to be exchanged before they send the new item. The exchange is facilitated through the USPS and it takes many days for packages to travel between California and Florida. I asked Leslie if there was a way to speed up the process because of an upcoming motorcycle trip, and she told me that I could purchase a new jacket liner and the exchanged liner's status would be reclassified as a return and they would forego the $10 return fee the company charges. Exchange items are free and a returned item includes a $10 fee. Although you can only contact the company through email correspondence, I found them responsive and willing to accommodate my needs. Thank you very much Leslie and Venture Heat.”
“First of all this company is number “1” not just in the hyperbaric oxygen realm; but their customer relations is second to none! I have been dealing with this business for well over 16 years, yet I felt compelled to specifically mention Grant Jenkins, this particular gentleman in my book is a true all-star. Meaning, every single time, no matter how many times I would call or email him for instructions, advice on using my chamber etc., he doesn’t leave any stones unturned (his demeanor is pleasant, he listens) and you as a customer, never feel like you have to get a second opinion from anywhere else. Questions always answered, if not that day; defintely the next day. It is a true pleasure interacting with such a knowledgeable person, who represents an industry leading company such as Oxyhealth, in the field of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT).”

“My Resmed S9 ASV had a "motor fault" message showing on the screen. I called Advans CPAP spoke to Louis. I shipped it there and he fixed in 3 days and promptly shipped it back. It was a reasonable charge. I initially was hesitant to ship it, because I didn't know who these people are, but the reviews were good. I am so glad that I did. I've used the machine for a couple of days now and it works like it did before I had this problem. I will trust them for all my CPAP needs. Thank you Louis and Advans CPAP.”

“A great big shout out to Rick for a very fast fix to my malfunctioning three wheel scooter. My scooter would not engage the motor, but battery was fine. I took it over to the store. He did a quick inspection of a connection and found a bent pin. He straighten out the pin, and the scooter ran fine. I tried to pay him, he refused the money cause he said he didn't do any thing..but I explained to him ....it saved me a lot of trouble. He wished me a Merry Christmas...he really is a nice guy...”
