“I communicated with Leslie from Customer Service who assisted me with an exchange. I purchased a motorcycle jacket liner that was too big and I sent it back in exchange for a smaller size. The company's policy is to inspect the item to be exchanged before they send the new item. The exchange is facilitated through the USPS and it takes many days for packages to travel between California and Florida. I asked Leslie if there was a way to speed up the process because of an upcoming motorcycle trip, and she told me that I could purchase a new jacket liner and the exchanged liner's status would be reclassified as a return and they would forego the $10 return fee the company charges. Exchange items are free and a returned item includes a $10 fee. Although you can only contact the company through email correspondence, I found them responsive and willing to accommodate my needs. “I am a CRPS patient and when one of my pain management doctors recommended a spinal cord stimulator, another doctor was completely against it because of the low success rate and many possible complications. “A great big shout out to Rick for a very fast fix to my malfunctioning three wheel scooter. My scooter would not engage the motor, but battery was fine. I took it over to the store. He did a quick inspection of a connection and found a bent pin. He straighten out the pin, and the scooter ran fine.
