Each time they've worked on her car, they made sure it was a price she could afford, they've personally driven her home and picked her up, and they even threw in a few extra little fixes, for free! “I had issues with my starter on my 64 Impala. The part was a Carquest part. I called Carquest and Chris was my point of contact found the part number for me to check to see if the starter was bad. Chris was gone for the day, somebody else checked it for me And it was still good. The starter was not connecting with my flywheel so I came back the next day. Chris was there the next day which was today May 16 and he had the part set aside for me with my name on it. He remembers my conversation over the phone , good customer service with Chris. He knew what he was talking about as far as Parts and I called him back and told him that the starter did work this time for the Impala and he told me what the issue was on why the teeth weren’t connecting from the previous starter had it great customer service Really cared about my situation and I will be coming back. Thanks, Chris.”

“Yooooo. Get your car detailing supplies here! It is fire! The employees know their stuff and will recommend products based on your needs. It's like having a personal consultant whenever I go in. I always ask questions on what products are best for specific detailing stuff like tires, interior (leather, cloth, etc), exterior (glass, plastics, metal). I highly recommend getting the ceramic coating kit if you want to keep your car looking fresh like a pair of Nikes.”

“I had a great experience with Mike and his team. My car door was really messed up, and they fixed it by putting in a new one. They even helped me out with getting some prices and quotes. Mike did an awesome job, and he didn’t just stop at the door; he fixed other stuff. His prices were fair, and he’s a an honest man. It’s hard to find trustworthy body shops, but Mike’s place is one of them. I’ll definitely go back if my car needs more work, and I’ve already told my friends about him. He gets 5 stars from me, but honestly, he deserves 10!”
“Just wanna take a moment to mention that Eric and his guys are an awesome people. The transfer case on my 16 Silverado dually Duramax gave out. Searched several places and came across Transfer Case Warehouse and with there knowledge and know how was able to get me one in the matter of days so that I could get it installed by shop I trusted to do the job properly. Name of the shop is called Bateman Tire & Auto of Jacksonville Texas. So I leave them my truck but before I leave I remind them that Eric and his guys recommended a certain brand to which the place said ok. So I get a call a day the next from Jarod which is the owner of Bateman auto saying my truck is ready to be picked up. I pick it up and drive it for a while and I start hearing the same sounds from my previous transfer and and shortly after I’m down again due to transfer case problems. Since I’m on the and far from home I take it to another shop where it was discovered that no fluid was ever added by the shop I used for the R&R. I called Jarod immediately about the situation to which his response was he was not responsible nor liable due to me bringing my out part. Not once did he sat he would try to make things right. So hear I am calling Eric and his guys explaining to them I needed another transfer case and that how I was out the transfer case and labor due to Batemans ignorance and lack of trying to work with me. Eric was cool and agreed to work with even tho everything was good on there end. Nice to know there’s still good people out there looking out for people like me and others. They exceeded my expectations and totally restored my car back after damaged to my back quarter panel.They did some touch up work due to dents and dings from careless drivers and shoppers who’d banged their carts into my car over time.I was overjoyed at the finished look and reconstruction of my vehicle after their repairs, painting and buffing of my car.I’d happily recommend them to family and friends.”

“I was in an accident and had to go through the insurance to get my car situated. After I received a rough quote for the damages by the insurance, I then had to take it to an auto shop so they can get an actual estimate of the damages. I wasnt sure where to go, I was driving around and just decided to stop at this place and im so glad that I did. Right away, they made me feel comfortable and like they were going to help me as I was already frustrated and confused by the insurance company. The owner and the staff were all super friendly and treated me like as if I were family. They communicated with the insurance company for me as well as getting me a reservation for my car rental.
