Instead of buying a new vehicle, I decided to have it painted. Tony and his employees at Gold Crest Automotive did a GREAT job. His price was fair and very competitive. They completed the paint job including repairing some minor body dings and had it done BEFORE the promised date! It was a pleasure dealing with Tony. These guys had my car for three days and figured out how to fix it. They were super nice and explained everything in a very respectful. “First of all my communication with the owner Enrique Garfias was professional, courteous, and genuine. Enrique was fair with pricing and the final product was better than I could have imagined. I had corrosion on my Jeep hood and other areas of the vehicle. I had new fenders (front and back) installed on the Jeep. I had the front and rear bumpers refurbished and painted, hood latches installed, and hooks painted red on bumpers. The pricing was very fair and reasonable. When I picked up my Jeep they also detailed the Jeep inside and out, an added bonus. This is now our go to shop for car detailing and bodywork. I highly recommend this shop. “I really tip my hat to the gentlemen working at this location. Not only did I feel defeated upon arriving, but I was really ticked off with their competitor AutoZone. I will never step another foot in an AutoZone. Although I was fuming and outraged as soon as I walked into this O'Reillys I was greeted by a couple of fellas offering help with a smile. I was caught off-guard and had to do a doubletake. What was this thing called?... This feeling of friendliness and value?... Of equality and respect? Oh yeah... It's called quality customer service... I was absolutely dumbfounded and my mood suddenly lifted when I saw their smiling faces eager to assist. It wasn't long before I started describing what I had been on the hunt for and sent straight to the aisle to gather my prize and complete my mission. I went on to tell the two employees about my previous stop and they confirmed that this sort of thing happens quite often. Finishing up the transaction the cashier informed me that I would receive a refund for the items I didn't need or couldn't use. As if reassuring me that I was welcome and they wanted me to come back to do more business. These experiences seem to be further apart and almost non-existent in today's world. I am very grateful for O'Reilly's hiring these guys. Golden!!!”
