  The fedex inside is completely non functional, no printer, no cables to connect, no trained staff. Nearly an hour, apps downloaded and still left without being able to get service. Only drop off location, do not expect any kind of other FedEx service.

  PLEASE STOP LEAVING MY PACKAGES ON THE SIDE OF THE STREET! These people never bother to ring the apartment to open the gate and essentially leave my packages on the side of the street. How in the world is fedex still in business?

  The fact that I had to go to the distribution center to pick up an order sums it up. My order sat on a truck at the center just TWO miles from the delivery address. It sat there for FOUR days; I gave up hope of a delivery so I went to retrieve it.
