“At 3:30 p.m. on a Friday, I learned that the printer I had chosen could not do the job of printing a 240 Perfect Bound book (240 copies). I called Precise. The service they gave me was amazing. They picked up the specs for the job that afternoon, gave me an estimate on the next Monday. They gave me a sample book on Wednesday and they fit our book printing and mailing into their busy schedule. It is one week later and the job is entirely done! Meanwhile, they kept me informed in a professional and friendly way. I would recommend Precise to anyone. Ten stars!”

“Preparing for an art show at Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Museum contacted Ship Art to pick up the art pieces arriving from California. They arrived as estimated, wrapped the piece for traveling across country, talked about their system and when it would arrive in Philadelphia (in time). Watching us wrap the art to wear piece, they offered to wrap it in a box they had and we watched as they expertly took care of wrapping the art to wear. They just returned the piece after the close of the show, and it looks great, and we kept their box to protect it. We were contacted of the return date and time window and someone had to be at the address, and we were. Ship Art is a responsible, very professional company. Communication is very important.”

“Great communication. Messages were pushed to me updating the location of my shed as it traveled to me. I loved that I was asked where exactly I wanted the delivery to be placed. The drivers came during the delivery window and called me 30 minutes ahead of time. They were professional and efficient. The only negative to watch out for was that the drivers were not told in their delivery notes where I wanted the delivery placed. As it is quite heavy, that was critical to me. I was happy that they asked and disappointed that the info did not get to the drivers. Great job otherwise!!!”

“Came to drop off 4 packages. While parking is somewhat limited due to the Parcel Trucks in the lot, they do have dollies for use at the time of posting this to help with bringing in multiple large packages. The staff member who helped me was also very friendly in my interaction with her. Great way to get the packages into the system quickly if you have the ability to drive out to where the warehouse is.”

Getting the boxes into my unit was a challenge, but they made sure not to touch any of the walls or surfaces in my unit. “Stopped by to grab a sheet of stamps for my passport and this place looks so old school. Big room for all the mail boxes but inside where you pay is very small and tight . Lucky for me there was no line when I came but heard a-lot about how this place can get so stuffy and crowded . My first time experience was actually fast , easy and very friendly. I mean the clerk at the front was very helpful and answered questions that needed to be answered . For me customer service is always a must where-ever And for this experience its a 5.”

“Small store compared to other FedEx outlets but very efficient. It's not a dropoff store, it's a shipping outlet where you can put your stuff in an envelope or a box and the put the shipping labels then ship it out. About 4 registers although only 1 was open on the Tuesday that o was there. There and a short line, about 5 customers, and the line went by fast.Not located in the city centre, somewhere in the industrial past of the city.”
