It was an urgent matter given I anticipated collecting the new car on Sunday. I was served by the assistant branch manager there, Leena, who was very congenial and gregarious, courteous, understanding, receptive to my requests, and interpersonally effective. The existing issue was promptly and conscientiously solved, and I was on my way in no time. I recommend them without any reservations.”

“Due to my own inability to think well and a snafu with Social Security, I defaulted on my credit card payments. Instead of asking Patelco for help immediately, I waited and destroyed my credit. Ugh. Finally, I went to see Tony, the Manager, at the Daly City Patelco. He graciously helped me get my past-due account paid off and reinstituted my checking account. Tony never once shamed me or did anything negative. His only obvious goal was to help me. Wow. A Banker whose goal was and is to help a member of the Credit Union!
