“Arco's Auto Body in So SF was recommended by my insurance company (State Farm). It was all seamless - from bringing the car in for estimate to picking it up (sooner than expected). They dealt with everything with my insurance company.
Now for the workmanship - couldn't be happier - it looks new!
Regarding 'value' - I don't know if they would be the least expensive, but you get what you (or your insurance company) pay for. Would highly recommend!

“My car was hit by another and I needed an estimate for body work. I sought out a Porsche certified shop and reached out to European Collision Center. I was helped by Ken and he got my car reviewed and shared the estimate with AAA. The repair estimate ended up being high enough total my car. The correspondence was timely and I was always able to contact Ken via cell, so that's all I really needed at the time. Can't speak to the workmanship of the shop, but it was easy enough of a process for me”

“My name is Rosemary (long story short) …My 2000 Honda Prelude (parked on the street in front of my house) was involved in a hit/run. The front of the car was smashed in – it looked like a Big Vehicle backed into it … it looked bad, really bad!This vehicle has very sentimental value to me (it was my husband’s car who past away from Cancer in 2016).I filed a claim with my Insurance Company and they told me that I can have my car towed to any shop for repair.Word to Mouth, I had my car towed to ‘LD AUTO BODY & PAINT’, 218 Ryan Way, South San Francisco.My Insurance Company said that they would send an adjuster to look at my vehicle and get a quote for repair.Soon after, my Insurance Company got back to me with their findings and ‘wrote my car-off as a loss and refused to fix it through my Insurance because the damage/repairs was worth more than the vehicle itself’.I was very upset and spoke to Lucas with my Insurance Company findings.Lucas from LD AUTO BODY & PAINT came to My Rescue … Lucas went to bat for me/fought and spoke with my Insurance Company and told them that ‘my car is fixable and not a write-off as their insurance adjuster stated’! Lucas told them to reconsider and that he would provide a quote from his Company LD AUTO BODY & PAINT for the repairs!Lucas provided my Insurance Company a quote from his company LD AUTO BODY & PAINT.Days later … I received a call back from my Insurance Company and was told that they accepted the quote from LD AUTO BODY & PAINT and that my vehicle will be fixed and paid for by my Insurance.Soon after, my husband’s car was fixed and I AM 110% SATISFIED with the services that was performed by LD AUTO BODY & PAINT. My car looks even better than it ever did before the accident! I can tell you that not many companies would go to bat for you like Lucas did for me. If it wasn’t for Lucas … my car would have ended up at an Auction House!Lucas is my night and shining armor! “I thought I had written this review already but I do not see it posted. Unfortunately my family has had to use this body shop numerous times throughout the last 5 yrs. They have repaired my 2015 Acura RDX, my husbands 2020 Chevy Silvardo, his brand new 2025 Ford Bronco Raptor and my sons 2023 Toyota Forerunner last week. Fortunately they have been outstanding! It is an understatement to rate 5 stars they deserve 10 stars. No one wants to utilize a body shop but if necessary as I stated this is the place. I tend to be picky or rather have high standards and I have never been disappointed. In addition to their superb workmanship they are so friendly and explain thoroughly the process. I cannot say enough positive things about this body shop.”
