“I lightly scuffed the right side of my front bumper on a 2021 BMW Z4M40i. I worked a long time to have this car as a fun car and it just killed me to scuff the paint. A good friend at Peter Pan BMW in San Mateo said "John, you need to go see Luis Leiva at Cologne". Nice cars like mine are a specialty at Cologne and Luis did a beautiful job that was done in a record time! It was a fabulous price and my Arctic Silver matches perfectly. Thanks, Luis!”

“They did an amazing job! Someone rear ended my Tesla last month and did quite a bit of damage. Any time I look for a services I always do my research and check the reviews and I saw that this place had quite a bit of good feedback, so I decided to take my car here, and I'm really glad I did. My insurance adjuster wasn't really the best with communicating some of the details with me, the repair, and car rental place, but Go auto was so accommodating, they were consistent, great at communicating updates on my car, accommodating me when my rental car policy expired. And when I got my car back it looked good as new. I also gave them my car when it was on low battery and they even charged it for me and made sure everything was clean. This is and will always be where I go to get my car repaired from now on.”

They also cleaned the engine compartment, and cleaned the drain lines around the sunroof that were blocked. Additionally, the team took care of rust and spray painted some troublesome parts. When everything was back together, it looked like new. Paul was very communicative throughout the entire process and kept detailed notes of the work they did. “I stopped in to ask a question about replacing the grille on my 2015 BMW as it had come with the 3 colored grille stripes which I didn't like. I had purchased new black ones and wanted them switched out. Dennis looked at my colored striped grille and said that the colors were just pop-off covers which I wasn't aware. He popped them off and didn't charge me anything for that. I thought it would be a whole production. He was very pleasant and professional, and I am very pleased with his level of customer service.
