“This place get pretty busy because it has one of the best price for gas here in South San Francisco. But the line goes pretty fast since they have 12 gas pump. I'm giving this place a four stars because the two ladies that worked today closed the store 30min early before the store is supposedly to close at 9pm. I've seen customer trying to go in at 8:45pm but the store had already closed. How are you going to get business by closing the store early??”

“I had to come over to this Bank of America and was helped by Gabriel De Oliveira twice now. He was very friendly and took me in without an appointment. It was like chatting with a friend as he efficiently performed the wire transfer as I requested. He was very cordial and handled everything easily. I could not have asked for a better representative of Bank of America.”

“Came in saturday afternoon to replace debit card- had a great experience thanks to Kory and Eric. You won't find their customer service skills anywhere else. Top tier employees. Very friendly, knowledgeable, polite, smiling, well-put individuals who make it feel like they genuinely enjoy assisting members. I would skip my neighborhood wells fargo and drive across town to interact with them.”

“Tried calling the Milbrea branch and they were incredibly unhelpful and weren't even aware of their own services. Called this branch (SSF) for assistance and the woman who helped me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products and services. She quickly answered my questions and an appointment was made without an attitude of resistance. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service, Shawal!
