The staff is phenomenally friendly, knowledgeable, and always eager to help. They provide great recommendations, are very willing to help with customer questions, and offer a lot of really good information. The service is extremely helpful, with staff going the extra mile, even reopening the store for a customer after hours. They provide understanding, kindness, and true connection, helping customers find better products, including non-prescription alternatives, and warning against unsuitable items. The store has good prices and a Buddha foundation koi fish pond, contributing to its loveable atmosphere. It is a small business that wholeheartedly sets itself apart.
They have a brand of freeze dried salmon snacks that my cats absolutely lose their little cats minds for. I really appreciate the expanded selection of Weruva that I can't get at PetSmart. Also, a great selection of cat toys with leather/fur (the good stuff!)

Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Also everyone was very welcoming and willing to help and customer questions along great recommendations. Plus they Buddha foundation koi fish pond help make the store feel very homey.
