“John Thompson, David Thompson and the whole team gave me rates for a new purchase of a triplex. The rates were better than the two other companies I was looking at. I thought I could beat the system and work an owner occupied situation that would've saved me $200 per month. John told me he couldn't pull it off and I didn't like that answer so I decided to go with another company. Big mistake. The other firm promised they could pull it off and match any quote. In the end they couldn't but the worst thing is they didn't match the great rate John offered. They could but I would've had to pay over a point. So I called John and his team back and they helped me get financing within 2 weeks but also they treated me with utmost respect. Thank you for coming through for me. I'm so grateful to the whole SMPL Mortgage team and will use them again for my next purchase.”
