“Sterling handled my TIC mortgage loan and did a fantastic job. I'm a first-time homeowner and shocked by the bad reviews I see here on Yelp. Sandy, our loan officer, was incredibly communicative and helpful the entire process, ensuring things ran smoothly (our Escrow period included Christmas and New Years, what a nightmare)! TIC loans are a bit harder to qualify for because they are higher risk, but both Sandy and her assistant were there to help wrangle the many documents required and follow-up when the underwriter had questions. When we had a weird thing get flagged by a parent's credit card, they put in the extra work to help us clear up the issue. Overall, I felt they advocated for the loan happening and actively helped close it on time (a few days early, actually!) We dealt with some annoyances during the process, but again, Sterling always explained how we could overcome the hurdles. When I went into the office to sign some in-person paperwork, the staff were kind and very professional. Definitely recommend Sandy if you are buying a TIC!!”

“The staff is always friendly. If you just want to go inside and do your banking sure but it's going to be a trek to get in and get out especially if you park in the parking structure below. It can turn into a maze so watch out because the clock is ticking as soon as you take the ticket to enter. They validate parking here but keep a track on your time because if you don't have enough validations then you're stuck. Honestly if you have a friend drive with you you're better off because this is sort of a two person operation here if you want to get in and get out. It's a one way street in fifth and you may not be so lucky on grand. Like i said an adventure to get here. But it's a beautiful building to go to and soak in when you visit. Good luck.”
