Lots of birds like finches, parakeets, cockatiels, doves, and small animals like guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters, mice. Also has koi and many other kinds of fish. Has pet food in bulk. Good low prices on bird/small animal cages and animals! I read some of the reviews on here and some of them are really too much and lack perspective. These little neighborhood pet shops are just holding on. If you wanted a place that is crazy clean and large, (and Expensive!), with people that really don't care much about animals--go to big brands Petco or Petsmart. They are freakin' everywhere. They are also one of the reasons why *almost all* of the local small family pet stores have been pushed out and gone now. Shop local and support your community! Everyone is just trying to hold on in this economy. It makes shopping for things so much more fun and with much cheaper prices!

1725 Durfee Ave, South El MonteWe came here for my friends birthday, it was our first time here, one of my other friends had seen some reels on IG. We ordered a lot of food, but the following are the ones that I remember ? the Japanese sushi tacos were yummy, it's an appetizer and you get 4 of them with a green sauce, the sauce is a little spicy but very flavorful. We got the fried calamari 8/10... we got the Sancho roll 9/10... we also ordered the Albacore sashimi with crispy onion on top 10/10 if you like raw fish. We also ordered the octopus sarandeado it comes with rice. I personally was not a fan, it seems to be somewhat charred and it had a bitter taste to it. The drinks were yummy I ordered a paloma, very tasty. My only negative is, if you're going with a group of friends to chit chat and catch up be ready to speak LOUD because they blast music lol. Which didn't really vibe with our trying to have conversations lol. Also parking is limited.

9328 Garvey Ave, South El MonteReally like how strong their coffee is! It's so hard to get good viet coffee in rowland/hacienda area so finding this spot a 15 min drive away was great. I really like their black sesame coffee! Also have tried the blended version but I like the normal version better. The coffee is a strong flavor and the black sesame foam cream is so good. Will want to try the ube one next time!
