“I have to confess that Gap is not one of my favorite brands. However, that’s will never have any influence on my review. This outlet store is packed with merchandise for all family members. One ☝️ thing I’d like to highlight; they don’t deal with merchandise bought from regular Gap stores what so ever. My reviews are more of a menu to the business I visit. i went in to buy my niece some socks really quick cause we forgot her ballet slippers (whoops) so in the rush i unknowingly grabbed a size that were waaay too small, i payed & was on my way. well while we were at my car about to open the socks the owner comes out & notofies me & gives me the correct size we needed!

“I've ordered from this location several times and decided to pay a visit as I was passing through California. I'm so glad I did. I was able to purchase a Hangyodon plush in person. This store has every character in stock with the exception of Usahana. She seems to sell out quickly. They are an officially licensed Sanrio store so you know you will also be purchasing items from Japan as well. This is one of the few Sanrio stores that is super organized and very easy to shop. Glad we made the visit.”
“Went to Old Navy in City of Industry CA today. One thing that stood out at this site is I was approached by two associates at different times willing to assist me. I haven't seen this kind of service from any stores in decades.I have an illness that attack me with no warning; it happened while I was here. The associates gave me water and help sitted me. It was at about 2:30 PM shift and I can not stop telling my circle of people how happy I am to see such young people showing compassion and assistance thank you team”

“Finally came to my favorite shop in person after ordering from our home state for several years! It’s just as magical as I imagined. They even had special inventory out that wasn’t on the website. We loved it all! Staff member at the desk was lovely as well… showing us how certain toys worked & allowing our kids to be excited and touch many beautiful toys without stress or alarm. Thankfully I found them on Crown Forever! Shipping (with FedEx) is a bit pricey, but since the bralettes were half price, it ended up being regular price and they got here FAST.
