“The lady at the register very helpful, I’m sorry I forgot her name. The store was not messy. I’ve been there when it looks like a tornado passed by, but the fact of the matter is that we as customers make the mess(specially when there’s a good sale or a holiday)and we are quick to complain about it. There’s only so much that few employees can do about it when there’s hundreds of customers daily. The times that I’ve been there in the morning everything is nice and neat.”

“I came in here to pick up an item I purchased online. They didn't have the order processed from the night before. The cashier figured out I must have checked off "send to store" instead or "pick up in store". Why the system doesn't correct it internally since they already have the item in stock? She brought out the item and she honored the online price. She explained if I don't pick up the online item it will be automatically be sent back and charge reversed. With that I was on my way. She was very friendly and professional. Not sure might have been the manager or lead. Store was clean and they were in the process of restocking.”
