I had a minor paint issue on my passenger side door that was not included on the claim and they went ahead and repainted that part for me. My car is basically brand new again. “The team went above and beyond to get me and my 7 other family members to Las Vegas for my nephews first bday. Enterprise in Downey screwed us and gave our rental away as my boyfriend and I went to pick it up on time. I also went to Marathon in Downey and boy did he want so much money for an older vehicle 6 seater van. I called desperate to other locations and Xpress Auto came through!! They had one cancellation and I was able to get a sprinter for the same price I was gonna get a 6 seater older van from Marathon. I can’t thank Xpress Auto Rental enough for helping. The sprinter was my families favorite they were all so happy together in one vehicle not having to be in 2 or bunched up. Had alot of nappers on the ride it was that comfortable!! Super clean sprinter with many areas to hold drinks and items so the floor was kept clean. I will be coming to Xpress Auto Rental for the future events I will not go anywhere else when I need a large capacity vehicle. Thank you again!!!”

The 15 passenger van I reserved was not available, which was very disappointing (not to mention the problem it caused) but the agents' service was very helpful to replace it with a minivan.

“The ENTERPRISE Rent-A-Car store located in Alhambra on Main Street is GREAT! I rent vehicles on a regular basis and I've used several different Rental companies, now I will only rent from this location now. The Staff are friendly, customer service is fantastic, they have a large selection of vehicles. The Staff go out of there way to make your rental experience a good one. If you are planning to rent a vehicle I highly recommend this location.

“What a wonderful experience! I must highlight Henry and Kelsie. I got in a bad accident before new years and had to rent a car the same day I got in an accident. I was still in shock from the accident, and was frantically trying to find an enterprise that had an economy car available. None did, except this location. It was 10 minutes to closing and Henry waited passed closing for me to arrive so that I could get the car. He didn’t have to do that, but he did and I hope many good things come his way!Kelsie helped me close my agreement out after I dropped the car off and she was unbelievably kind to me. She genuinely asked me how I was doing and checked in. She made the process great and ensured I only got charged for the days I had my car. Thank you so much Kelsie !”
“My car was broken into back window was broken and two days later someone crashed into the back of my car while stopped at a light... they took care of my car I actually left it at enterprise down the street and they picked it up shortly after leaving it. “Stopped in after picking up a piece of furniture from savers that would not fit in my sedan. I stopped by and Pebbles helped me pick out a minivan which was perfect for my quick haul. She showed me how to put the seats down and stow them away for a perfect flat loading floor.
Pebbles went above and beyond helping me with my rental and even getting me a great price! Her professionalism is unmatched. Dave was also very helpful and ensured my drop off was quick and painless!

“Fast in-person service for car rentals. Online reservations is also fast & simple, only a few questions & it's done. Dealing with every agent in person & in returning the vehicle is also fast, & they are very courteous & professional. The cars are always clean, usually washed early that morning.”

“After spending hours looking for a car rental I stumbled on this one. I had 2 cheaper reservations at LAX and Ontario. But reading and hearing all the negative reviews I got a bit nervous. And here they offered a 7 seater which was great. The best part I had no waiting time! I came over was able to choice from several van and choose a Suburban. Everything was handled in 15 minutes.
