“I was lent a rental due to an accident. I arrived on Monday 1/8/24 to Longo Enterprise. I was quickly assisted and within 15 minutes was given the rental. Enterprise employee went over all the damages on the vehicle and i was on my way. I called later that day to inquire about switching the vehicle due to it having a smell. Person who answered the phone said to arrive on Tuesday and they would switch it out. I arrived 5 minutes before opening the time and the gentleman at the desk was quick to help. I informed him of the situation and i was helped and on my way quickly. Everyone there was so helpful and nice. I would definitely do business at Longo Enterprise when I need a rental.”

I see a lot of negativity reviews, but thank God, I have had only one bad experience in all the years I have rented here. Maybe because I always reserve at least 3 weeks or 4 months in advance, I never have rented a car from here at the last minute. I always follow up to ensure they will have what I'm requesting. I rented Suburbans, Teslas, small commuter vehicles, as well as midsize cars for long trips.”

“Awesome experiment at Fix auto, location was close to home and they made it very easy by coordinating with the rental company so that they could pick me up when I turned in my car. I also could leave the car at the shop so I didn’t have to turn it back into the car rental shop. Supper efficient and I got my car a day early. Car looked brand new!”

“The team went above and beyond to get me and my 7 other family members to Las Vegas for my nephews first bday. Enterprise in Downey screwed us and gave our rental away as my boyfriend and I went to pick it up on time. I also went to Marathon in Downey and boy did he want so much money for an older vehicle 6 seater van. I called desperate to other locations and Xpress Auto came through!! They had one cancellation and I was able to get a sprinter for the same price I was gonna get a 6 seater older van from Marathon. I can’t thank Xpress Auto Rental enough for helping. The sprinter was my families favorite they were all so happy together in one vehicle not having to be in 2 or bunched up. Had alot of nappers on the ride it was that comfortable!! Super clean sprinter with many areas to hold drinks and items so the floor was kept clean. I will be coming to Xpress Auto Rental for the future events I will not go anywhere else when I need a large capacity vehicle. Thank you again!!!”

“Great service from picking up my rental car to dropping it off! I had to get my car repaired. Enterprise had staff pick me up from the auto body shop I was at to Enterprise to get my rental car. Then, Juan helped me with the car rental transaction and he did a great job going over the details. After I picked up the rental car, I received a follow up text message to reach them for any questions. On day of rental car return, Pang helped me to finalize the rental car return and he was quick and efficient. “Hey my name is janey I was having the worse day ever yesterday ,from my car getting stolen to money getting taken out my account ,after I reported my car stolen to my insurance and to the police my insurance made a reservation for me to get a Rent-A-Car doing so I called the fair oaks location and I spoke to one of the team members there his name was Jason. I believe so he had offered me a BMW or a choice from an Audi. He told me he would save both cars for me and I informed him that I was having the worst day ever, please make sure he had the cars so I can see them and would be a best fit for me and my boys so heading over there. I took an Uber and when I got there, Jason informed me that the Audi was being rented for someone else. I was very upset and he tried to push a small BMW on me which I knew it would not fit my boys car seats so I left his location really more upset and disappointed than I was today. I called the location on foothill. I spoke to a wonderful lady named Denise as soon as I got there, Denise helped me out so much. She ended up upgrading me and staying at my rate that I was supposed to stay out with my insurance to a SUV BMW, so Denise thank you for the bottom of my heart. I thought I was having the really worst day ever but when I got the most amazing customer service that you have provided to me made my day a little better so I appreciate you and sorry, but I forgot the young man's name but he was also an amazing help thank u both for having the most wonderful customer service ever so I recommend you go to the foothill location instead of anywhere else if you're renting a vehicle and speak to Denise amazing customer service. “The Enterprise staff Brett was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about their offers and rates. He was patient with my many questions and very forthcoming with information and advices. Brett walked me through the process of using my Costco membership to secure a great weekly rate discount by using Costco Travel's website to make the car rental reservation instead of directly via Enterprise. The main reason I walked-in at this store location instead of reserving online ahead of time was because by that time in the afternoon, all the online reservation dates started on the next day at the earliest, but Brett assured me he could override that and allow me to drive out of the lot on that same day. The compact Toyota Corolla hybrid I rented was clean and comfortable to drive for two weeks. Nice leather seats. Good gas mileage. No complaints whatsoever. The process of returning the car was quick and painless. This particular Enterprise location has a large lot and a good selection of cars. Note that there's another Enterprise car rental location nearby at 2336 Foothill Blvd, but don't be fooled--I actually went to that location first because of its higher review rating, but that location only has a tiny lot with barely any vehicles available for rental, with many of the cars in the lot actually belonging to the employees. What kind of car rental location has no compact sedan available? The best ability, after all, is availability.”

They didn’t have a large fleet available, but called me back a few minutes later after they thought of a solution. They switched out my truck and put me in something far more manageable in all of five minutes. Both were so kind and funny and helped make something stressful and annoying, very simple. “Well I went back to rent a car at enterprise rent a car in Covina and I asked for Tracy and she was busy with a customer so I delt with someone else and he took the keys from me and then tried helping someone else at the same time he was trying to help me so after a few minutes go by someone else finished what the other guy trying to do? And then I saw Tracy saw free and told what happened? And that's why I deal with Tracy cause she is great at her job!!! I'm not picky but I just wanted to return the rental and pick up my truck from the shop and go to work and not be late for work!!!”

“I've used Enterprise at this location several times over the years with mixed results. However today's encounter was exceptional. My daughter was renting associated with an insurance claim. Manager Goef was professional friendly and turned us over to Brianna. Brianna was exceptional, patiently giving us all our options, she was engaging without trying to sell us something we don't need. “My first time renting a car from this location. I discovered that they are both Avis and Budget. I booked the night before, and they have inventory to provide me with a car in the morning. They were able to give me a car that I like, and it was very clean. There was no smell inside the car. The staff was not as friendly, and he seemed to be in a rush with me. When he handed me the car keys, he told me that “all the damages were noted, and you are all set.” When I walked to the car, I saw quite a number of scratches, so I did not feel comfortable. I walked back to the office, and requested a walk through with another staff. She is very patient, and noted all the damages with me, which I appreciated. I was supposed to return my car at 11:30, but I was running behind. I called and asked if I can drop off the rental at 12:30pm. Another staff approved it.Took 1 star off because of my experience when I was picking up my car. Otherwise, good experience overall.”

I was still in shock from the accident, and was frantically trying to find an enterprise that had an economy car available. None did, except this location. It was 10 minutes to closing and Henry waited passed closing for me to arrive so that I could get the car. He didn’t have to do that, but he did and I hope many good things come his way!Kelsie helped me close my agreement out after I dropped the car off and she was unbelievably kind to me.
