“Very thankful to have found Exotic Pet Clinic for our rabbits! We first reached out when we found a lump on one of our rabbit's back and another vet closer to us diagnosed it as suspicious and possibly a tumor. We called Exotic Pet Clinic because we wanted to talk to a vet that specializes in rabbits and could perform surgery if needed, and Exotic Pet Clinic was super accommodating. The receptionist took down notes, requested records from our local vet, and their vet reached out to us within a few hours to let us know next steps. We were able to make an appointment quickly after to get a diagnostic with Dr. Deng, who was super nice and patient with our questions. Made the whole situation much less stressful for us after we talked to her. We scheduled a surgery to remove the lump with Dr. Stern for the week after. The day of the surgery, Dr. Stern kept us updated via text, and the clinic staff checked in on us the following days via text. We really appreciated how caring, helpful, and responsive everyone at the clinic was, from the vets to the staff!”

“I went here with my family to get a second opinion about my dogs situation and this place was so great and gave us hope and options. We have been here before in the past for my dogs and cats i’m pretty sure but since then we moved to san jose and we made the drive down here just because this place is so great. My 14 year old black lab was really old and he started growing huge tumors on the side of his abdomen. This place gave us the option to surgically remove it and we were more than happy to do that since the last place just told us to put down the dog (we really wanted it removed). Long story short, we found out that this tumor was more cancerous and would spread really fast and his recovery would be 50/50 chance of him surviving. we decided that day during surgery that we should go ahead and put our old doggy down since he was already asleep and we didn’t want further complications to where it injured him. But the way this place handled things was amazing. i asked if i could see him before he was put down and I was so happy i was able to be there for my doggy as he went to sleep. (some vet places don’t let you be in the same room of when they put down your dog because it’s a policy thing but im soo happy i could see him before.) They laid out blankets and candles and gave us a button doorbell to push when we were ready to put him down so it would let the staff know. they gave us all the time we needed with him and we were really grateful of that. I had a small favor to ask and that was to take some pieces of hair and whiskers off my doggy to keep since i also have hair of my other old doggy that passed away years ago and they were more than happy to do that for us. driving home for us was the hardest part because it’s the quietest and most sad car ride knowing your dog isn’t in the back seat wagging its tail and that dog won’t be coming home with you. But a week or 2 later. we got a handwritten card in the mail from this place with a stamp of my doggy’s foot print and that made me burst out in tears. I’m so happy to have this card to remember my childhood dog. Thank you Scott’s Valley Veterinary Clinic. My family truly appreciates the doctor and the whole staff. Even though i didn’t get to take home my doggy in the end, you guys showed love and compassion and we appreciate that.”

“Chanticleer Veterinary Hospital is full of a great staff of women. I took my cat today for a check up and he purred through the entire exam. The doctor was thorough and gentle and I was relieved that she did not suggest a bunch of unnecessary tests nor harass me about allowing my cat to go outdoors. “I was referred to this vet hospital by Dr. Nicki, who treated my dog at the emergency vet also located in Santa Cruz when he got parvo. Having a sick pet is such an emotional and confusing time, but it was made a lot easier with how kind and understanding Dr. Nicki was. My puppy survived and three years later is still alive and well. My amazing experience has continued at this vet hospital. The front office is always professional and courteous, some of the best customer service I have experienced when it comes to veterinary care. As a client you really feel like they are listening to your concerns as you are never rushed. When it comes to surgery or getting a second opinion, my brother drives his dog 6 hours just to come to Harbor Vet. That's how special this place is.”

“I have had nothing but positive experiences here at the Summit Vet. My initial experience here occurred during the pandemic when I had a very sick dog. At the time I was still driving all the way up to my old vet in Los Altos. After a long drive and negative experience there, I became determined to find a vet who could help my dog. That’s when I called Summit Veterinary. The receptionist worked with me to have my dog seen that very afternoon. When I got there Dr. Parvizi explained to me what was going on with my dog and we did some further testing due to her advanced age.
