“We drove over the hill to bring our little pup to the specialists at Pacific & Santa Cruz Vet. The vet I rescued Winston from was going to amputate his leg (broken ankle) because it wasn't healing. I was referred by another vet clinic because of the experts here. Dr Kalff was amazing. We had x-rays taken and he took out a pin that was stuck in my dogs joint. (Bad surgery by a non-qualified surgical vet). He said working on a small dog is like working on a birds wing. We will take Winston back next month to have the other pin removed that has moved as well. No amputation! My dog is 2 years old, so that was the best news ever! Brian, our surgical vet tech was fabulous! He took such good care of Winston. Keep in mind, they are busy - very busy, so keep your cool. We had everything done in 3 hours. Most vets would make you come back! It was worth the wait. Winston even got a lion bandage. Thank you all!”

“Very thankful to have found Exotic Pet Clinic for our rabbits! We first reached out when we found a lump on one of our rabbit's back and another vet closer to us diagnosed it as suspicious and possibly a tumor. We called Exotic Pet Clinic because we wanted to talk to a vet that specializes in rabbits and could perform surgery if needed, and Exotic Pet Clinic was super accommodating. The receptionist took down notes, requested records from our local vet, and their vet reached out to us within a few hours to let us know next steps. We were able to make an appointment quickly after to get a diagnostic with Dr. Deng, who was super nice and patient with our questions. Made the whole situation much less stressful for us after we talked to her. We scheduled a surgery to remove the lump with Dr. Stern for the week after. The day of the surgery, Dr. Stern kept us updated via text, and the clinic staff checked in on us the following days via text. We really appreciated how caring, helpful, and responsive everyone at the clinic was, from the vets to the staff!”
