I recently leased a new Silverado from SVC, the staff was friendly, finance guy wasn't pushy, came out of there with the deal that I wanted. Even after a little hiccup on the delivery Marcus went the extra mile to accommodate my schedule and turn the situation into a positive experience.

Called to get an estimate on a refill of my vehicles refrigerant for the AC system. The woman who answered the phone seemed irritated I called then left me on hold and never returned.

I was sold on a truck that is not worth what I paid for it. It is basic as can be and has a lot of issues. I even went in to management with a concern and they were useless and didnt give a damn. I wished I had never bought local and never will again. Avoid this dealership at all cost.
