“Mike is one of those few people that you can really trust. He is knowledgeable about watches, forthcoming, honest and reasonably priced. I took several different watches to him to have batteries replaced. He completed all the necessary work, properly and and quickly. Additionally, I had a vintage Citizen Automatic watch which I asked him to look at and determine if it could be cleaned and serviced. Mike carefully examined it and suggested that I should just continue wearing/using it and not spend unnecessary money on it at this time. Like many others out there, he could have easily taken my money, but he honestly told me that parts weren't available for it and that I should just save my $$$.

I went in there fully anticipating that I would need a new watch mechanism for my 40 year old watch and Jon took it in his hands, changed the battery, sprayed it with air, cleaned it with a cloth, shook my hand and asked me for $6.
