“I had been looking around for ages for somewhere to replace the extra large cushions on our fire pit chat set (originally from Costco) and then someone recommended Sierra Pads. They are FANTASTIC - amazing personalised customer service from Anna, great communication, they sent me lots of beautiful fabric samples to choose from and then the cushions were ready exactly when they said they would be (about 4 weeks). I collected them from the warehouse and all the staff were very nice and helpful. I'd give them an extra star if I could because the very same night I got the cushions home and put them on the chairs my husband spilled oil on one of them (GAHHH!). We tried to clean it but the stain remains. I called Anna to ask if they could make me a new cover and after a couple of calls back and forth to verify whether it was just the cover, or the foam too etc. she told me that the owner had offered to send us a new seat cover for free because it was an accident. I really wasn't expecting that and I am so very grateful. This company is definitely getting my business again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

“I love everything about Aubergine from the people to the ambience and design to the shopping experience. Beautiful, eclectic pieces at reasonable prices. It's hard to leave without something in my hands, like a vintage table, a wooden rooster or a metal sign. The wood, glass, metal mixes are abound. I have been up and down the coast antiquing, and Aubergine is a special treat. I highly recommend a visit.”

“Got in a power shopping visit to Anna's Boutique last week. My fav vendor wasn't there this year, but I still found some cute décor items, a very unique mixed media glass bracelet for me, some yummy cookies, and a couple other small things.It's always a good event as there is a nice variety of seasonal decorations, jewelry, kitchen / cooking-related item, including some baked goods ready to go, clothing of the unique variety, specialty gifts, and lots more. A number of the vendors have been there for years, and there are always enough newbies to keep it fresh.The Grand Vista Hotel is a great venue for this crafts boutique with free parking, indoor climate-controlled spaces, and enough room to spread out. I reflected on taking my now-adult grandson there when he was young enough to have a meltdown that I wasn't going to buy him everything he saw that he liked. Those were the days!”

“Good selection, but their is a shortage of employees. The store can look sloppy at times, and items need to be restocked, but it is obvious they do not have enough people working there. The lines are long to check out, but the merchandise is reasonable in price, and though they are obviously being worked hard, the staff is still kind and polite to their customers.”
