“Very easy to work with, the quality of workmanship is really good, it’s almost a competition to how awesome the job looks like, I think they want you to look for something wrong with it. I just get the feeling that they want the customer to be very happy. It makes them happy in return.”
“Everything about my experience was great here. I loved that they already had seamless processes in place with the rental car company and the insurance company. I went out of town while my vehicle was being repaired and didn't have to worry about anything. Updates from Tony and staff, came via text although I could always call if I had immediate concerns, which there were none.
My parents owned a very well known and respected paint and body shop over the years so I was a little nervous venturing out to someone new. Tony was great answering all my questions and concerns even the crazy ones.
City Auto's painter was incredible. He feathered in the paint so well you can't see where the old vs new paint meets. I had an existing, small blemish on my paint near the damaged site and they went above and beyond and got that too. I had some add-ons like my chrome trim wrapped in black and it looks better than my original wrap.
My car came back cleaner than when I left it too!

“I had been going to Pepp Boys since 1992 and driving there from the middle of Simi. But they were acquired by Advance Auto Parts and that's when I ditched them. The service went down the pipe and they don't even take used oil anymore!
I found Autozone a couple of years ago on Sycamore and Cochran next to the Greek restaurant. I have been going there since then for batteries, fluids, etc. and to drop my used oil. These guys are very nice and extremely helpful. Plus they are closer to my home.”

“Jeff is a magician! I have a 1954 ford 2 door coupe with a 90s 302 with fuel injection. He ran header back dual exhaust with provisions for O2 sensors. He placed all the piping with meticulous care. “The team at this location are all amazing. I promised I would leave a great review as they were able to help me with a battery issue earlier this year. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at a different location on Sycamore Dr but this team came through for me. Long story short, they were able to explain in detail as to how the older warranty programs worked as my battery still was in a partial warranty.
With this vital information, I proceeded to get a newer battery and do an exchange for the older battery. I was given new information about how the new warranties work for batteries now but they really took their time to make things right.
