“The service here is amazing. I have an old necklace that was my grandfathers that I wear and I accidentally caught it on a grocery cart and broke it. I was heartbroken, and wasn't sure if it could be repaired. I just moved to Huntington Beach and had driven by Isabella's Fine Jewelry so I decided to take it in. George was really nice and said it could be fixed no problem. I few days later I picked it up and I'm so happy, they fixed the necklace and can't even tell where the repair was done and the price was fair. George was amazing!! I will definitely be coming here for all my jewelry needs.”

“I was in the area and went here to get my moms ring cleaned. The very nice gentleman told me the price to clean and polish the ring. I agreed and the wait was only 10mins to have it done. When he handed it to me it looked like a new ring so super shiny and beautiful! I told him how it was my moms ring who recently passed and it was extremely dirty and now it looks amazing. I handed him the money and he refused and said he was sorry for my loss and that it was "on the house". So I just want to say Thank you again and it's so nice to know there are still kind people in this city. I also visited Pirozzi's and Mandyz boutique (all family related). :)”

“I've always seen these permanent bracelets all over TikTok and have wanted to get one but never really looked into it but I finally decided to do some research and purchase one. I was looking around and Eleven + Vyn came up and they have great reviews and their appointment system was so convenient and easy that I decided to give them a shot!I am so happy I went with them because from start to finish my experience was fantastic. I made an appointment for a Sunday and was greeted with a little sign that had my name on it and welcomed me to my appointment! Everyone was super helpful and very informative! I had looked online at the different styles but when you get there and actually get to see the bracelets in person your mind might change which style you like. I don't quite remember the name of the one we got, but it started with an L.Once we chose what style, someone helped us out to fit the bracelet to our liking. If we didn't like the fit, the employee was more than happy to fix it and relink to our desired length. The process itself takes like 10-15 minutes and is so easy! I am so happy with it and its so light that I don't realize I even have it on throughout the day. They also said that within 60 days if it breaks we can come back in and they will fix it no charge and after the 60 days I believe it is about $20 to fix so not bad! I also worried that if there is some reason why I would need to take it off what would we do and they reassured me that we can cut the chain that they used to bind it together and we can come back in and they will reattach for us. They were very informative with the care instructions too which was a bonus!Overall if I could give them 6 stars I would! I definitely want to come back for more and ai wouldn't come anywhere else but Eleven + Vyn!”

So when the time came for me to propose to my now fiancée (she said yes! definitely because of the ring) Mark Schneider was the first and only jeweler I considered. I'll be honest and say I was a little nervous about the occasion having never looked for rings before, but the super knowledgeable and friendly staff (Mark included) put all that to rest within seconds of entering the store. That's no exaggeration. Within one minute of arrival, I was sitting in a comfy chair with a complementary craft beer. It was absolutely from start to finish an enjoyable experience.. Really made everything feel even more special and exciting. Truly. Oh yeah and the ring! His style and craftsmanship are extremely cool and elegant. We got engaged on Lake Como and with everything there was to see on our trip she couldn't stop checking out the ring. I couldn't recommend Mark Schneider enough. Superior people, prices, products and experience vs other competitors. Thanks for everything!”

We went for a customized etched cheese board for a retirement gift. The lady working couldn't have been nicer and explained how the machine worked. We ended up a few other items.
