Somaly and her daughter dressed in traditional Cambodian attire for part of our evening dinner reception, and (in a positive way), it was the most disruptive event of the night! SO many people flocked to us, cellphones in hand, looking for a picture that we had to rearrange the itinerary! My wife looked beautiful wearing all the jewelry and clothes, and I have to say that I didn’t look too bad myself.Thanks for letting me, for once in my life, be a show stopper!”

“I was so close to cancelling my appointment after how trying on wedding dresses at another bridal shop made me feel and I am SO happy I didn't. From the second we walked in, Tamiko helped me with parking and took the time to actually sit down and ask me about everything. It was the opposite of rushed and that was something I never knew I needed. She listened to what I had to say and immediately pulled a few dresses. She suggested which one I try on first and it was the dress I walked out with! I was able to try on some gorgeous dresses and she helped every step of the way. She is so nice and knows what looks best on you. There are variety of options based on styles, prices, looks, lengths, sizes, and designs. She will find the best dress that suits you. OC people, don't drive to LA for better options. You will end up in OC, at Tiara wedding anyways :) I understand that you will be busy with planning everything, but if you move forward with Tiara, you'll kill two birds with one stone. I did both wedding dress and tux with Tiara and it saved me so much time! She will help with dresses, accessories, bow ties, and veils. “Had a wonderful experience with mine and my fiancé's wedding alterations! I needed my wedding dress altered and had a rhinestone belt attached as well as some tule added inside the dress. My fiancé had her pantsuit altered so the leg area was fit to her size and a rhinestone and pearl belt was also added. My dress came out so perfect, I almost cried. When trying on bridal dresses in stores, it's hard to get too attached to a dress off the rack that hardly fits. Once I had my dress altered to fit my body and it felt like MY wedding dress, I was so happy and so thankful. My fiancé also loved how her pantsuit since it fit more comfortably and it looked amazing on her as well. Will definitely be coming back for future alterations!”

“While on vacation, I decided to visit a Cambodian bridal shop in Long Beach since I know it would be a place where I can get a traditional Cambodian outfit tailored for my wife. As soon as my wife and mother-in-law arrived at Sothay's Bridal, we were greeted by Ms Sothay, who was such a nice lady. I explained that I came to get an outfit tailored for my wife since I came from out of state. Ms Sothay was very professional and was able to explain the different kinds of fabrics and styles based on what price points we were able to work with. After my wife was able to pick out the fabric and style she like, measurements were taken and Ms Sothay was able to give an estimate to when the outfit would be ready. Being out of state, Ms Sothay was also able to ship the outfit when it was completed. The shop only takes cash so be prepared for that. The prices for the tailored outfit and other items that we got that day were very reasonable. If anyone does want their items shipped after it is done, you do have to pay for shipping after it arrives, but Ms Sothay will call you before she ships it out. I would totally recommend Ms Sothay and her shop to anyone who wants a nice and easy experience if you are shopping for your first traditional Cambodian outfit.”

I wasnt expecting the photos to be touch upped, but they came out way better than expected. The place inside may look a little older than other places, but the work is superb. Great photographer - the photoshoot felt very natural. I came in a bit nervous, but the photographer was easy to work with and made my d*** face look great. 5/5 would recommend. My bridesmaids and groomsmen had 3 outfits, Jr bms had 2 outfits and flower girls had 1 all day.She's personable, funny and pays great attention to making me and my girl gang gorgeous. I love how she explained and showed me the difference in a beautiful dresser vs a sloppy job. Everything from the Bridal look to the jewelries and hairstyles. Including my bridesmaids and jr bridesmaids. My groom and his guys looked good too.Plus, she speaks English! My Khmer is ok so I def appreciate her ability to also speak English.”
