They used to do a great job, but now it's rushed and the results are not satisfying. I spent $40 to not have my vehicle vacuumed properly and the dog nose smudges were still on the windows. They also did not use the air freshener I picked that came with the package. This used to be my go-to car wash, so it's disappointing.

Got the car washed quickly. Didn't get it as clean as I had hoped. It looks better when I do it myself but needed a quick wash, so it was good enough

I appreciate the service writers don't give you the "hard" sell upon arrival. Always do a great job detailing after the wash. Just wish they wouldn't raise prices so frequently.
