Had the worst experience every time I go it was always something wrong with the computer they make you feel like it's your fault the manager was so rude.

Doesn’t answer their phone nor do they take care of customer concerns when their ATM eats cash deposits where they are provided a receipt! Zero follow-up! Unacceptable!

I love us bank, but this particular location is horrible.The ATM machine works half the time or they are closed when they're supposed to be open, and or they don't have cash when needed.
