“The only storage facility that is open outside business hours. It’s super convenient! They are open even during all holidays and on the weekend. The staff (Sirous and Brandon) are helpful and the storage itself is super new and clean. Also I got a pretty big unit for the money I paid. Would definitely recommend it to my friends!”

“Great customer service. Julia is amazing. She saves our production at the last minute. We were refused service at Sammy's Camera Rental on the spot after providing insurance coverage they requested ahead if time. Sammy threw last min6 curve balls claiming the insurance was not enough and many excuses. Our cameraman hooke$ us up with Julie late Friday night. Julie was very nice and worked with us until we were set the night prior. We arrived early next morning to pick up the rental. She was very nice again and meticulously helped us to organize everything. We were out within an hr and she saved us to reschedule everything. Thanks, Julie, We will rent again.”
“I originally tried to reserve online and was given a confirmation #. When I went to the store the online conf. # was for ( Sunland ) they did not have the saw I asked for. A saw was found and reserved at the Burbank store for the next day. That worked out well.”

“NOTE: This review is for City Car Rental (U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer) in Santa Monica, California, which I found by reserving a truck on the U-Haul.com website. Home Depot canceled my truck reservation seven hours before I was to pick it up, so I scrambled to find an alternative. I'm glad I found this one. The shop is a little tricky to find, but it is an office on a small corner lot very close to the Ocean Park Hotel. I was able to rent a 10' box truck same-day for a slightly higher price than I might have paid at Home Depot, except U-Haul guaranteed my reservation or they said I would get $50 for the inconvenience. I checked in online before my pick-up time and provided photos of my driver's license to speed up the process. The pick-up and drop-off process was friendly and easy; it took about five to ten minutes and I was back on the road. The truck itself was as expected - clean enough but not pristine. Thanks for the great service. I highly recommend City Car Rental (U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer) on Ocean Park in Santa Monica.”
