“I don't quite understand some of the other reviews. You have two guys trying to run a small business these days without overstaffing. I'm sure they can go for hours with no one walking in, and then a Uhaul rental request can hold them up with one person for a while. That would be hard to staff well. Truthfully, they are generally nice and even when they are busy they attempt to be helpful. They are one of the only places around that do such a wide variety of shipping options and packaging and mail miscellaneous. I am very thankful they are here and I hope their business thrives.”

“Yessi is by far one of the best employees I've dealt with at any uhaul in the valley, she went above and beyond for me and my brother. When i tell you that whole 15-20 min experience was the best customer service i have ever received im not exaggerating. Having an employee like her makes it enjoyable to go to major companies, i could have went a little more expensive but a lot less headache with an offer up ad or craigslist ad but she made it very enjoyable as long as shes working there we will be coming back!!!!! Made a new reservation here and came early to see if they had the truck, he was not sure it would be back on time so he called around and found us the truck we needed.
