They directed me to their website where they special ordered it for me with stellar, personal communication the whole way. I live all the way in NC and the shipping took only 2 days. “Great time at the Funko Shop. We inadvertently saw this place on our way to the Hollywood walk of fame and ended up parking across the street. Metered street parking available along Hollywood Blvd. and side streets. The store is organized into different collections: Marvel, Disney, Horror, Harry Potter, DC, Gaming, Sports, etc...lots to see. I love the large human-sized displays they have around the store. Tons of photo ops with your favorite characters. As expected, lots of Funko Pop figures and merch for purchase. There is also an area where you can create your OWN custom POP Figure ($30). All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Although I would consider this an absolute must for any Funko fan, most others will find something (or character) they can appreciate in the store.”
“I Love this place! when you walk in you are always welcomed by the amazing staff. This place has a little bit of everything for every one comics, manga, funko pops, figures, and books for kids. I love spending hours here looking through the back issues and talking with staff. What makes it better is when the store best employees Princess Pugsley and Shuri come and help you look for comics. Give this place a try and you will make excuses just to skim through the comics.”

“this is definitely one of the best RC shops. They have all kinds of cars and brands like traxxas and arrma. I went there to turn my traxxas rustler into an FPV RC car by using an FPV drone camera and mounting it onto the car and Armand was very helpful and nice. The customer service is outstanding i highly recommend this place.”
“So this store was pretty darn cool. It had a lot of fun stuff. Spent about a good hour in this store. Will totally come back soon. Employee said that they usually get shipments bi-weekly if I'm not mistaken. Do bring your wallet because you are going to want to spend if you like to collect or if you're feeling nostalgic. Watching Lisa Yee and Dan Santat banter about their latest book, The Misfits, was a treat. The first pages have me hooked. As soon as I have a cup of java in hand, I'll return to The Misfits. Thanks to Children's Book World for this (and many other) wonderful experience!”
“Mega City One is amazing!! It may not look like much from the outside, but if you love comic books like me, it has mostly EVERYTHING you are looking for to meet your regular comic book fixes!! I've been going to this store for years and they rarely let me down. The owner and JON who's runs the store are incredible and have a wealth full of knowledge. Beyond that, they will go to the extra mile to make sure that your comic book needs are fullfied and you and your needs are fully taken care of. Also, Mega City One far exceeds their closest competition, that "Rotten Apple" place down the street! Forever, for me, Comic Books have always stood for "Truth, Justice and the American Way!" When I visit Mega City One, I feel like I'm stepping into the Daily Planet where hidden greatness can be found. They are so much better than President's Lex Luther's villains lair down the street. Can't recommend Mega City One's excellent customer service enough! They will take care of you and you will NOT ever be disappointed!!”

“We brought our kids here to celebrate their birthday by letting them pick out what they wanted. It was such a special experience!! I loved how everything was easy to see and my kids didn't make a mess by trying to pick everything up to "discover" and if they looked at something it was easy to put back. I don't know why I liked that!! There are toys for all budgets just look around! The girl working was so nice and helpful and really likes working there so that was also nice because I was asking her about their inventory! Thanks for the awesome toys!”
“His prices on things are pretty unparked with market price most of the time. Overall, really good prices. And he's willing to negotiate on top of that most of the time in order to make sure you leave happy. Makes you feel good about your purchase. A lot of variety and has a lot of really old school stuff too. And cool little things for kids on the more affordable side as well”

If you're willing to splurge a little for a lot of joy, this toy store is where to be. However, if you're pinching pennies and normally buy your kids' toys on Amazon or Target, you will probably find this store pricey. This place is different from your run-of-the-mill toy shop. It has a great location and excellent customer service.
Pros:

I was a bit hesitant but I reached out and had them take pics for me on certain items and I was sold! Great customer service. I bought about 3 to 4 beautiful gems through out the past year or so! To awesome anime figures and much more cooler things. The store owner is always there he's the coolest. Me and my dad still go to this day just not as frequently unfortunately. We're busy. ? However, when I go it's an incredibly treat.”
