Terrible customer service. Absolutely not coming back. Drove there at midnight and couldn’t pay with my card because their WiFi, left with empty hands.

This is a great shop. I also love to that they are open late. They've got amazing product selection. Best of all they have awesome customer service. I've been in there many times and Steve has always been on top of his game. He knows the products, and he couldn't be a nicer guy!Keep up the great job over there guys!!

Stay away from this store, they sell fake stuff then refuse to refund. Bought here 5 vape pens, all fake, completely different flavor . Tried to exchange it, worker said he can't exchange unless the manager is present, left my phone number, asked the manager to call me, no one ever reached out. 110$ scam from Mike's smoke... read full comment
