She was very understanding, pleasant, and easy to work with. I brought the car in and it was done a few hours later. The charges were very fair and the car runs great! I witnessed the owner not charge a gentleman for the smog he ran on his car because it did not pass. He gave him a print out and explained what needed to be done”

“I have been here twice for repairs on the same vehicle. First time for a small scratch. The second time was after I was involved in an accident. Both times I received excellent service, and my vehicle was repaired back to original condition. My vehicle was only a few months old when I got the scratch, so I researched many shops. They did an amazing job! When I got into accident, it was a no-brainer. Hopefully, I won't have to go back. Lol. However, if I ever need any more work, they will be my shop!Services: Painting”

Everyone here is awesome, friendly and accommodating.I think it was a couple months ago I had having issues with my ‘15 Accord intermittently starting/not starting. It was two days in and out, new starter, and under my expected budget. Mike helped me out that time and he was willing to talk out my issue over the phone early in the morning right as they opened. “I needed a new mechanic and heard good things about Frankenstein Motors. They did not disappoint! From start to finish, they were friendly, helpful, and fun! I told them my circumstances and the parameters I was looking for, and they gave me recommendations that fit those parameters perfectly. They picked up my car from my house and dropped it off when it was finished and sent me a link to pay online, very convenient. The owner is extremely personable and fun to talk to, brought up the engine part on a big screen monitor and explained to me exactly what was going on. “Ray and his team are polite, professional, funny and competent. They did a significant amount of work on my Jeep for a fair price and kept me up to date on every delay or additional issue they found. I recently took my Jeep to another shop to have something done that couldn't be done at the Beale Auto Hobby Shop and the staff there spoke down to me, rolled their eyes at me when I told them what I needed done and tried to overcharge me. They claimed to have to do work on all the things Ray had already done and when I showed them the receipts they back-peddled immediately. The respect and skill of Ray and his team is unmatched in the area and I highly recommend going to the Beale Auto Hobby shop for all your auto needs!”

“So basically I was on my way up going to Chico in my Prius and my tire blows out. All I had was a flat repair kit no spare so I had to limp over to the closest tire shop being tires direct. At first I wasn't sure what to expect since I like going to my same guys every time I need tires. I respectfully asked respectful young man I think his name was Jacob, to give me a patch so I can be on my way I have a tight schedule. Jacob informed me it wouldn't be safe or possible to patch my tire and instead he'd give me a used one. He also pointed out that my 3 other tires were almost bald but had a couple more miles in them. He said best thing would be to replace them all but since I was short on time he'd give me a deal on the used tire. This man was very reasonable and the guys in the shop work quick.”

“100% Reccomend! My car had broken down on the side of the road and being alone I was a bit nervous about taking my car in. Tammy (the owner) and her son Travis made me feel so comfortable and although they did appointments, they took me in since it was an emergency. They were so quick and efficient when it came to repairing my car and literally had it done within a few days. The price was also great and the customer service was just overall amazing! Yes it sucked breaking down, but I was grateful it was in front of their shop.”
