“I was on the Queensway in a dangerous spot (ran out of gas-don't judge!). I was on the phone with CAA and three tow trucks stopped to make sure I was ok. But only thee third one actually offered me gas! For free! I was shocked and so appreciative! That is real customer service! And with a smile. Very nice young man. Would highly recommend.”

“Broken down in my RV and stranded on hwy 168. Couldn't find a tow company for 24 hours when I was recommended Express Truck Service. Tyler came out with his big tow truck, which was needed for the size of my RV. After 2 hours of getting into a position where he could finally gain access to my front tires he was able to get my RV loaded up and down the hill. Spent nearly 7 hours from start to finish and ended up having to spend the night infront of their shop because Cummings closes at 5 and it was nearly 7 pm. Much care and consideration was given to making sure my RV was not damaged and that it arrived today to Cummings. First rate operation with many great associates that helped all along the way. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and capable at his job, not to mention just a nice guy. I would highly recommend this first class operation to everyone. Thank you for making a very stressful situation into a pleasant experience.”

“From the bay area got stuck on side of freeway Easter Sunday. Tire shredded and my mini cooper did not come with a spare. Nothing was open and we were not familiar with area. The lady who answered phone was kind and empathetic. She attempted to call and locate places open that my car could be towed and the tow truck came in under 30 mins, which is not bad for a holiday! The driver was friendly and got us to our destination safely! Thank you for making a stressful situation less hectic. Highly recommend!”
