“when you want a shop that actually cares about getting the job done right the first time then this place is it. many places claim to be a great shop but not many have good workers and clearly this place has good workers because i have no issues with their work and have continued to refer to friends and family. workmanship is key and the work that was done looked oem meaning everything lined up, no off colors on the fixed parts, paint was shiny not dull or orange peel looking.”

“Michael's Towing saved my bacon recently. I loaned my C230 to my daughter for her summer at Hume Lake. At summer's end, the vehicle wouldn't start along with a wheels locked and the front wheels turned left. Alex from Michael's responded to my Triple A request. With the locked wheels, it was a project. Alex expertise was invaluable. He used the truck placement and tilting his flat bed like and artist and got my car safely secured and driven down to Fresno. Jose tried to contact us but couldn’t, so before going back to his shop he continued up the road and found us!He towed us to a tire shop and waited to make sure they had the correct tires. But only thee third one actually offered me gas! For free! I was shocked and so appreciative! That is real customer service! And with a smile. Very nice young man. Would highly recommend.”
