“I went to the Coddingtown Mall with my girlfriend today. We usually go shopping together on the weekends. We went to the mall to do our regular shopping and possibly purchase new phones. Mainly just get an idea of cost and see what was on sale. I always hate when I have to get a new phone transferring the old one to the new one stresses me out. However, today I went to the Verizon store and had a completely different experience. I met a sales representative named Shawn and he made us feel welcomed right as we came in the store. What I liked was he didn't try to push stuff down our throats like most cell phone stores. He took the time to ask what we wanted and laid out what would be the most cost effective and benefical for us based on that I use my cell phone for work and my girlfriend doesn't. Throught the time working with him multiple other reps came up and interacted with us which was extremely nice of them. They were all very friendly, knowledagble and seemed to work together as a team. If you are in the market to buy a new cell phone and want to be treated well I would recommend going to the Verizon store at Coddingtown Mall and ask to speak to Shawn who I believe was the manager or sales representative. Everyone at that store was so friendly and made us feel like we were welcomed. We ended up both getting new I phones and switching from T-Mobile to Verizon. The team there was funny and made the whole process enjoyable so I didn't feel the usual stress and anxiety of switching my phone.”
“Isiah is the best! It was a busy day and they were understaffed, but he made sure everyone was taken care of in a timely manner. He gave me the information I needed in order to decide on a new phone and the accessories, as well as transferred my information to my new phone. He did all of this while helping 7 other people who came in the store and was kind and courteous to everyone!”

“My husband and I came to this location to purchase the new iPhone 15 since the Costco kiosk didn't have a supply of phones on hand. Let me just tell you, out of all T-Mobile locations we have gone to throughout several years, this one has the most incredible customer service by far. The three staff members working were Julio, Manny & Robert. Each individual was kind, welcoming, understanding and so so helpful. Julio was the one assisting us and he set everything up for us which was the most stress free experience. He had good spirit and was smiling and genuinely happy to be of assistance during our entire service. He even answered all of our questions with clear communication in response to which Manny also gave us great answers and feedback to as well. They presented themselves with hospitality that is hard to come by in the customer service world nowadays. They definitely need some positive recognition through the company or some type of reward to encourage them to keep up the great work. Thank you guys! This will definitely be our primary store now, it's worth the 30 minute drive.”
“The store itself was easy enough to find, plenty of parking, the designer of the parking lot should be drug tested constantly. The store was clean, and well stocked. The ladies that worked there, were very nice, knowledgeable, very patient and were genuinely helpful unlike most stores these days seem to be.
I was not shopping for a phone, only accessories for my phone earbuds ,charger for home and car. The reason I only did 4 stars is the prices are up”
