He facilitated and explained the entire process without getting frustrated despite how long it took. I'm amazed at the wonderful customer service we received and look forward to our next AT&T visit!”

“Initially, I had taken my phone to them for a broken screen/battery replacement and following the repair my front facing camera had completely stopped working, no Face ID, no picture, nothing. Obviously disappointed having paid to make my phone oddly worse, I returned to the store and was met with a stern "no returns, no refunds" policy for an issue my phone had developed in their care. After the mildly irritating back and forth struggle with employees to right my wrong, the owner had offered to replace my phone with a similar but better version, and transferred all relevant data for no additional cost. Despite the initial wrongdoing and subsequent headache, the owner had more than made up for the mistake, and made sure I was well taken care of in the end.”

Better than the store itself is the shining star "Abdul"...literally the most experienced, well rounded, intelligent, and friendly cell pro you'll ever meet. “Well... I needed assistance reactivating cell service to my boyfriend's phone that has been off for 7 months now. I called 3 metroPcs stores and one store quoted me $70 the second store quoted me $76 and then at this store I was quoted $50 by an employee named Alex. He was so awesome! He helped me and explained everything to me perfectly. I liked him a lot. He made everything so smooth and was pleasant to work with. Dude drives all the way to Rohnert park from Oakland!!!!!????? Say what!!!?? All around awesome experience and he didn't overcharge me either. Love ya Alex!!!!!! Great employee”

“I like this pharmacy because they really care and they are friendly. Lynn is always kind, and the others are not far behind. They are a small pharmacy and have had a huge amount of business, coupled with the Covid and some employee changes so some problems might happen. They are people too and need the same tolerance they give their customers. being a small store is what attracted me. the personal service is why I am now a loyal customer. I do not understand the complaints of poor customer service. that has not been my experience. thank you for reading this.”
