“I've been going to this shop for odds and ends over the last few years and always have a great experience. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. I can go in to look around or do an online order, which is great. We've recycled batteries, replaced quite a few different of all sizes for tons of devices and recently getting our old key fobs replaced for our truck was simple and easy. They didn't have the fobs in stock that day, but we weren't in a rush and it was only 2 days before we were back in and all set.”

“Initially, I had taken my phone to them for a broken screen/battery replacement and following the repair my front facing camera had completely stopped working, no Face ID, no picture, nothing. Obviously disappointed having paid to make my phone oddly worse, I returned to the store and was met with a stern "no returns, no refunds" policy for an issue my phone had developed in their care. After the mildly irritating back and forth struggle with employees to right my wrong, the owner had offered to replace my phone with a similar but better version, and transferred all relevant data for no additional cost. Despite the initial wrongdoing and subsequent headache, the owner had more than made up for the mistake, and made sure I was well taken care of in the end.”
