“I have only good things to share, and there are a lot of good things about this auto repair business. I am not related to anyone who owns or works there and it was my first time taking my Toyota truck there. The lady (Pearl) who helps run the business side of the shop told me that she's heard some people tell her that it's almost as good as the dealer service... But I even disagree with her because I just took my truck to Toyota service a week ago and didn't feel right about some recommendations. This FNP Auto repair gave me way better service than the Toyota dealer service... The tech here knew more about my truck and was able to give me personal service and even gave me documentation and pictures of the testing strips and the whole evaluation inspection system is completely transparent. I don't write reviews very often, but this is well worth my time to let others know how much better Auto service can be. And turns out the lead tech at this place is somewhat specialized in Toyota as well but I think they work on all cars I'm not sure. Highly recommend for anyone to at least consider.”

“Every single time I visit My Dad's, I leave such a happy camper! Their service is awesome and they're super quick every time, while maintaining transparency! I've been bringing my car here for oil changes and my fiance's had his brake pads switched out here. Every oil change is quick, even on the weekends, and when they even gave me a heads up on the wear of my tires when I got them rotated. My fiance's brakes like to squeak a lot and they check out his brake pads for free too! 5 stars for the quality work, transparency, and all the great experiences!! “Where do I begin! Sam is the most honest and ethical mechanic I have EVER come across. My son was a college student in California while I was living in Arizona and this man and his shop took care of my son and his car when it broke down on him in the most wonderful way. He was so kind and understanding and beyond reasonable with his pricing. It is hard to find an honest mechanic who is so fair in his pricing let alone someone as kind and caring as Sam. It is extremely rare in this field of work and he exceeds anything I have ever experienced. He is moral and caring and an extraordinary person for the way he runs his business. “Great service. Great prices Super friendly service guys. They were so helpful and accommodating when I ran in to inquire about havimg my flat tire repaired. I was shocked when he told me that there is NO charge! They fix flat tires for FREE! They let me leave my tire there to be repaired while I wemt and run my arrands. When I got back It was all done and ready to go. They informed me that they found that I didnt get a flat but was caused by a stem valve leak. So they replaced it and put a new stem valve in. I was so surprised when they told me that they did it for FREE too!! Really happy and satisfied with the work they did. Great guys! Thank you so much! 5 stars!”

“I called on a Friday to see how much it would cost to get new spark plugs for my 2012 Honda, which only has about 80K miles. They said they could do it Monday and that it would be about $307. I was really happy about that because the website quoted $430 - $600. I also went to another auto shop first because I thought they would be less expensive but I didn't have a good experience there. I show up on Friday and my appointment had a mix-up but they still managed to get me in and out in less than 2 hours. Everyone was very nice and well-informed. I didn't feel as if I was being ripped off as a woman. I highly recommend anybody, especially women, come to Tom's, because I had such a great experience with them. They didn't try to overcharge me or sell me things I don't need. They weren't patronizing and also told me my car was in excellent condition. Very refreshing and they'll be my go-to mechanic from now on. Check out the quote comparison. Hopefully posting these quotes won't ruffle any feathers.”

“If you have a Mercedes, Tim is the guy who you should take it to. After my mechanic of twenty five years retired, I was searching for a new Mercedes mechanic and was having trouble getting good service. Just by chance I was in Huntington Beach when the right front suspension went out. If you have had this problem you know it’s an expensive repair. In fact, in Los Angeles where I live, every time I have this happen they charge close to two grand just for the parts. Well, I found Custom on the internet and called and spoke to Tim. I asked if he could take me that day and finish as well. He said if it was what I thought it was, he could. And he said the repair would probably run about nine hundred dollars. I couldn’t believe it. Less than half what I was expecting. I hobbled into his shop, he handed me the keys to a loaner, and that afternoon he called to tell me it was done and that it didn’t need a shock, but just a connector. The cost: $427. Needless to say, since that day, I’ve been driving my car down to Tim for service all the way from Los Angeles.”
