“My first time here and definitely will not be my last! Leaving on a trip to Nashville with my MIL the next day and, "broken wheelchair!" I desperately Yelped for medical equipment stores and found At Home Medical - and more importantly - the wonderful COLLEEN!! She had just one wheelchair that MIL loves left and I raced there to get it. The store was impressive. Filled with all the things we caregivers are happy to find - and then some. Colleen was super helpful, understanding of my needs, and so knowledgeable - it was a delight to find someone who really loves what they do! She even showed me the BEST electric/manual wheelchair that I can carry and FOLD! Got it for MIL's bday next month. Oh, and recommended awesome compression socks that worked like a charm for both me and MIL. Went back yesterday to get FIL a new walker for his biz trip! Our family will be a customer for life! Well, as long as Colleen is there - for sure! Ps. MIL had a blast at Grand Ole Oprey.”

Leslie did say that the battery is over 10 years, so it might not hold a charge. But I could buy a new battery that uses the new cord. Thank you Leslie.”

“I went to this place yesterday to look for a motorized scooter for myself as I am finding that my endurance is not what it used to be. I'm sorry that I didn't ask for the name of the young man who assisted me. He was kind, thorough, and took time to show me the features of the portable scooter I was interested in. There was a great selection to pick from. I would, definitely go back to this store if I am ever in need of medical supplies. I live in Long Beach. I'm sure there are medical supply places in Long Beach, but I'm completely satisfied with this place. woman who does my hair suggested this store. I would recommend this place to others. “I am a CRPS patient and when one of my pain management doctors recommended a spinal cord stimulator, another doctor was completely against it because of the low success rate and many possible complications. He then handed me a brochure about H-Wave and prescribed it for me as a trial. Within the first week my horrific ugly crying unimaginable pain was SIGNIFICANTLY reduced!! At week three I am sleeping through the night, on ZERO pain meds and even coming off the rest of my medications. The pain is 99% GONE. The swelling has also been greatly reduced. This machine has given me hope that I thought was lost. I was grieving a life that I thought I would never see again. The thought of never being able to run or enjoy any of the outdoor activities again crushed me completely. I’m a veteran firefighter and tough is my middle name, so I was ready to battle whatever was ahead of me. My injury occurred Sept 12, ‘21 and I can finally say I have hope again for a future. “I rented a motorized lift chair. It worked great, was impeccably clean and had no odor. Delivery and pick up was punctual and easy.I’d definitely rent from them in the future.Keith, the owner, was especially nice as was another person I spoke with about pick up times.They were the fourth place I called to find a motorized lift chair. They were the most wallet friendly by far.I can’t comment on the look of the store. I never went in, having conducted the entire transaction over the phone.”

I was so nervous about wearing one, but Eric patiently explained the health benefits of controlling my sleep apnea and other issues by using CPAP. “A great big shout out to Rick for a very fast fix to my malfunctioning three wheel scooter. My scooter would not engage the motor, but battery was fine. I took it over to the store. He did a quick inspection of a connection and found a bent pin. He straighten out the pin, and the scooter ran fine. I tried to pay him, he refused the money cause he said he didn't do any thing..but I explained to him ....it saved me a lot of trouble. He wished me a Merry Christmas...he really is a nice guy...”
