“The check-in process was easy: Scan your barcode on Insurance card and answer your personal information on machine. Once the checkin process was finished, the staff at front desk will tell you which room to go for your blood drawn. You can also see your name and know how many people ahead of you on digital signage.I was told to go to room No.1 and the Phlebotomist was professional and friendly. I had a smooth and quick visit and I received my test results back with my doctor’s opinion in a week. I consider LapCprp is efficient and definitely will recommend it.”
“This was by far the best experience I have ever had getting my blood drawn. Quest has an app where you can easily pick you appointment fill out insurance info, etc. if you want to wait and walk in you can do that as well. There is no more front desk. You walk in follow the prompts on the kiosk and you are seen within 10 mins. I was in and out in a total of 15 min. This includes me trying to give urine. (I forgot to drink water beforehand). lol. Nice job to the technician and Quest.”
“The lab is located within the Leisure World Health Care Center. Its located within Leisure World Seal Beach California a gated Security community. This excellent lab is only accessible to Leisure World residents and invited guests. Unless the lab calls you in to Security, it is not accessible to the general public. It is a great easy accessible service the Leisure World residents.”

“Beat staff ever, courteous and caring. Highly recommend Went there after experiencing breathing issues while on 405. Knew driving all the way to Seal Beach urgent care and their always crowded waiting room was not an option. Great choice and seen immediately ... I will always go here now instead of Old town Seal Beach”
