“This was my 2nd time here. Very clean, organized, most of all friendly staff. We had Charlotte . She was so sweet. I didn't have my proper documentation that my PCP sent me with. She went out of her way contacted my DR and made sure they sent it over electronically. We were in and out within 20 min . Not only that but, she is a great steady hand to draw blood. Thanks again Charlotte. Hope I get you again when I go back for lab work.”

She was super nice and reassuring + she answered all my questions with out making me feel dumb. When administering my vaccine, I didn't even FEEL it. Give this woman a RAISE or a BONUS!!”

“I had great service today by Stephanie. She really took her time to go above and beyond. My lab orders were not all in the computer and she took her time to go on my health portal to locate the labs and then she put a call out to my doctor. Typically that is not done. If you don't have a lab order, that's it, they do not go around trying to get the order, but she did. She was also very mindful where she put the tourniquet instead of putting it the skin which most people do, she pulled my sleeve down and put the tourniquet on top of that. It's the little things that make you feel really cared for. Thank you, Stephanie.”

“I have been using this facility for 5+ years now. I am mostly just a blood draw with an occasional urine test. I always make an online appointment and am taken in on time or earlier for my appointment. I do agree with other reviews that the removal of the front desk people has in general very much reduced the customer service at this location. You can ask your technician and they will be very helpful and look things up for you but it now takes more time in the chair. The one restroom for urine samples is also a detriment to this location. If you drink water before arriving to prepare for this part you are in pain waiting for someone else in the restroom. Or if you are lucky enough to get in there you are dealing with someone else attempting entry. It is not designed for use in this manner. But as far as blood draw is concerned they are quick efficient and friendly. I very much prefer this facility and drive out of my way to go here. Thank you Quest.”

“I had to do a breath test and my doctor recommended this place. I made an appointment online and they had a lot of availability. The location was easy to find and ample parking. Upon entering the building, the building is very quiet. Quest diagnostics is located on the 2nd floor and they had a kiosk to check in. The wait time was no longer than 5 minutes. The first time I came here they didn't have my test but they told me to reschedule my appointment and come in the following week. I scheduled an appointment for the following week and they had my test. I was able to check in on my phone the second time and I waited no more than 2 minutes. The ladies here who take your blood or lab work are super nice. They really try to get you to get in and put. It is a small area but they are very efficient: I would definitely come here again if I need to do future lab work.”

“So my visit here all started with having to take my mother to her doctors appointment. I was told that she was going to need some blood work done. And I thought that maybe we would have to go to the dignity health center next-door. I was notified that they actually had a lab in the same building so we went there. It was her first time there so there was a little bit of paperwork to be filled out which was very easy and the receptionist was very helpful. They made the experience quick easy and enjoyable.”
