It’s a fine branch office in my experience. But what would a 5 star branch even be? Perhaps free cookies. Easy parking, two ATMs and friendly staff.

Despite requests that over the years probably make me seem like a customer from hell - ASAP home mortgage over New Year's, depositing hundreds in $2 bills, resetting a long-forgotten PIN code - this Wells Fargo branch has always been friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Very glad to have them as our local bank!
