“I happen to find Premier based on google reviews 5⭐️. I brought my car in after my insurance company gave an estimate. The owner Scott and his guys did an estimate, double what my insurance company said. I couldn’t believe how wonderful this shop is. Scott and his team of magicians got the car put back together in a better than factory new condition. I’ve had experiences at other shops and hands down Scott is the best, don’t go anywhere else for your collision work needs. All details are covered by Scott with all the high tech laser paint scanner to the factory spot welders frame machines that put your car back on the road. Scott is incredibly thorough explaining and showing photos of all the work. If I could give a higher rating I would, 5 platinum stars for Premier!”

“I really love Acura Honda Connection - my partner & I used to take our old blue Honda Fit here. These guys are knowledgeable, kind, honest, and friendly - and if you're clueless about cars like me, they'll give you solid advice so you don't get over-charged. And they're so professional, they educate you without talking down to you or making you feel stupid. They even provided a loaner car for us when they worked on our bumper last year!
The only thing is... I'm very sad they don't do body work anymore!!! I took my Civic today for help on my front bumper spoiler lip, and was devastated to hear the news that they've transitioned out of that line of work in the last couple months to focus solely on auto repair/tune ups/maintenance/brakes/muffler/exhaust stuff like that. I completely understand why - working with insurance companies and parts acquisition and limited space in the shop can create an unruly beast for the owners to wrestle with. I respect that - the owners should do what's best for the shop and the team after all.
I also appreciate the guys taking time to chat with me and assess my issue anyway to give me some advice on what to do next. Like I said, the team here always does their best to equip you with knowledge to get your car in tip-top shape. Joey pointed me to a guy he trusts to do good work, levelled with me about price, and then before I left he even got on the ground and cut off the lingering, shredded remnants of my spoiler-lip so it stopped scraping against my wheels and getting caught in the wheel well. That small act enables me to actually drive my car around for a day while I find a new body shop! He didn't need to do that, but he did out of the kindness of his heart, and that's the kind of thoughtfulness I'm looking for in an auto shop - people who give you peace of mind and get you to keep moving through a stressful situation.
How could I ever find that level of trust and attention to detail in another shop!? Anyway, thanks for all the great advice and work the past couple years, guys.

“Need a 12V Battery Replacement? My 2012 (240K+ mile) Prius didn't start due a dead 12v battery. It lasted 12 years since I drove it off the dealership. I called around my local big box auto stores and was quoted over $300 for the battery and learn that Toyota Prius was excluded from their free battery installation service. I figure the battery was located in the trunk/rear of the car which made it more complicated than others. I definitely wasn't comfortable switching this out myself. After a few calls to stores for price and product availability, I shot Hybrid Experts a text and was given the best price with free installation over the phone. (I won't reveal the price here but trust me, H.E. is truly passing the savings to us). I arrived on my scheduled time and was again, welcomed with a smile by the Owner. This is a Wednesday afternoon, the shop was busy with customers, all during a heat wave of 105 degrees. You got the Owner trouble shooting and calling for parts, the Son rushing back to install his last piece, all done with a smile and for the customer. So onto my car... My new battery I was expecting to be a generic brand or something our big box stores would carry like Duracell, etc.. based off the price quoted to me over the phone. I was 100% wrong, H.E. got a Toyota Brand 12v, the exact battery that lasted 12 years when i drove it off the lot. This was a sweet surprise and it shows they only use quality parts and trusted brands which is backed by their warranty. I'm confident that I found the best guys in the business here. Thank you again Hybrid Experts!”

“A few weeks ago my wife and I were on the way to breakfast and we realized that we were behind on our oil change. We had never been to Scotty's, but we have heard many good things about the shop. We called the shop and we were told they were booked for a couple of weeks, but if we came in right away they could get us in and out. We dropped what we were doing and we headed over there. It was amazing service and the team was so nice and helpful. When we got there Dave recommended a couple of breakfast places since we were already on the way to breakfast. The oil change was done a few minutes after we got back from breakfast. From the beginning to the end: the service, professionalism and price were the best that I could have asked for in any shop. “Great experience from beginning to end. I called the shop on a Monday to ask about having my VVT kit installed on my Mazdaspeed 3. It was due for a the service as it was never changed out and I started to hear a bit of rattle. They were quick to answer my questions and provide me with an estimate. I made the appointment for Thursday and the car was ready the next day to be picked up. They called and informed me that my Power steering hose was cracked and they swapped it out and did an oil change during the initial service and the car was ready to be picked up.I picked up the car started it and it now runs much smoother and quieter. “Ended up having a flat tire. I went from talking to Ernest and then David on the day that I was able to come in to get it replaced. Between verifying that they had my tire in stock and getting me in at short notice since they had a moment to get the job done. I know that is not normal because they are a busy location. Thus I recommend making an appointment. But overall great service.”
