I actually ended up paying less than what was quoted over the phone because they checked that my car manufacturer recommended the less expensive option. They also included a bonus inspection and found the source of a high pitch sound that my car sometimes makes, which was really generous of them to do and will help me know which part and how much it generally costs when I need to replace it in the future. A family friend has been going here for years and I'm glad they recommended”

“This repair shop is so wonderful and the MOST HONEST place I've ever experienced. I have a 2002 Toyota 4Runner. Whenever I go to an auto shop to get an estimate on something I get oversold various repairs because of the age of my car. I don't get that uneasy feeling with Akins. I recently called Akins and told them I had issues with my car starting. He said it was my battery. So I called AAA (I have roadside assistance). Akins was right and AAA replaced my battery in my work parking lot. No fuss. I trust Akins with my beloved car and know they're giving a great value with their workmanship.”

It was such an amazing contrast with the Toyota dealership where I had been going. I had come to dread going for an oil change, expecting to have to make difficult decisions and leaving with a bill hundreds of dollars more than I expected. At Robbie's I had a pleasant and satisfying experience where I also learned more about my car than I had at the dealership. And the bill was under $100! Great service and value!”

“100% would recommend this place without any hesitation. Everyone was professional and provided great customer service. I called to make an appointment for an estimate. The receptionist provided me with available time-slot to choose from - which I really appreciate cause it shows they care about your time as well. I showed up and they gave me an estimate and walked me through my insurance policy and how it would work. They called back again to confirm a good drop off time for my car and told me they would work with the rental car place to sync up my pickup time. When I dropped off my car, they broke down the process again for me and told me the repair would take 5-7 business days and within minutes enterprise came to pick me up and shuttled me to their office for my rental car. They will call you again to give you an update on your car and the status. I picked up my car and was able to drop off my rental car at their place as well. Smoothest transition ever! No hassle whatsoever! I didn't have to worry about getting an Uber or a shuttle. Alright alright, you probably want to know about the quality of the repair right? Well it was fantastic! My car is 10 years old and I kept her well maintained. It hurts to see dents and scratches on my car. I was really worried that the color would be off since they had to replace the fender and door, but nope! They made her look brand new and the color looks uniform across the car. Big shout out to SERGIO and his team!”
