Every time I come in here, I'm impressed by the workers. They are always knowledgeable and know the things they sell.

I once bought coolant and the worker asked if I wanted a funnel. That saved me. Thank you, yes.

Today, I grabbed a bottle of Versachem and the store worker downsold me. He told me if I'm working on one car, they have a small tube which saved me $11! :)

Things here are always on the pricey side, but I'm always happy to pay it for the support I get.

“100% would recommend this place without any hesitation. Everyone was professional and provided great customer service. I called to make an appointment for an estimate. The receptionist provided me with available time-slot to choose from - which I really appreciate cause it shows they care about your time as well. I showed up and they gave me an estimate and walked me through my insurance policy and how it would work. They called back again to confirm a good drop off time for my car and told me they would work with the rental car place to sync up my pickup time. When I dropped off my car, they broke down the process again for me and told me the repair would take 5-7 business days and within minutes enterprise came to pick me up and shuttled me to their office for my rental car. They will call you again to give you an update on your car and the status. I picked up my car and was able to drop off my rental car at their place as well. Smoothest transition ever! No hassle whatsoever! I didn't have to worry about getting an Uber or a shuttle. Alright alright, you probably want to know about the quality of the repair right? Well it was fantastic! My car is 10 years old and I kept her well maintained. It hurts to see dents and scratches on my car. I was really worried that the color would be off since they had to replace the fender and door, but nope! They made her look brand new and the color looks uniform across the car. “Very happy with the service provided. The estimator did a thorough job and returned my car in great shape. Pricing was transparent, too. My only small complaint is that after receiving the estimation, I didn't hear back from B2 Perfection for around a month -- even though it was estimated that parts would arrive and work would begin within 2 weeks. Delays happen, but it would have been nice to get a text message update just acknowledging the delay. I actually thought my case was somehow lost because when I called to follow up, it took them a while to find my estimate (because it was from Tesla insurance). But once we got past this hiccup, I have nothing but good things to say about the professionalism of Victor (my estimator) and the rest of the team. Thanks for the nice work!”

“Mike took special care of me, he was super communicative during the estimate process telling me how much it would cost and how long.

During the fix he kept me up to date. The badges were on back order but Mike took extra care reaching out to me letting me know when they came in and quickly installing them when I was available.

The office is especially nice, clean, cold and they have plenty of free drinks and goodies while you wait.

Highly recommend this location for their friendly team and clear communication!

I first went and tried a bunch of helmets, they never rushed me, never tried to push me to just buy something, and even let me try more helmets till 20 minutes after closing time. “My wife and I have a 2006 Scion XA that had some damage from a collision. The insurance company determined that fixing the damage would cost more than the $5K that the car was determined to be worth. My wife and I wanted to keep the car since we have maintained it well, so the insurance company sent us a check for the value of the car minus the salvage value. We found one body shop that was willing to fix the car for roughly $5K. Then we found San Carlos Auto Body & Repair. I asked to fix the car well enough so that it was completely operable and would pass a DMV inspection for registering salvaged car. They were able to do a great job fixing everything well enough for around $600 very quickly. We were so pleased with the results and service that I highly recommend San Carlos Auto Body & Repair.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if you are looking for a fair, efficient, and friendly auto-body shop! The team did a fantastic job repairing severe damage to my front bumper and went above and beyond to make sure it was fully repaired by removing the glue residue that had solidified on the bumper, hood, and headlight. They even made sure to clean the inside of the car and filled up my tires with air. Camila at the front desk is great. “Michael J's was a recommended body shop by my insurance. . They called me shortly after I spoke with my insurance agent. Tbh I was skeptical about going to a body shop I wasn't familiar with but I was pleasantly surprised. I was a little bit early for my 3 PM appointment But it was empty when I walked in so I was immediately greeted by the woman at the front desk and shortly there after I met with Hung (Operations mngr) who was there one to inspect the damage on my vehicle. Hung was really friendly and very thorough. He made sure I understood everything I needed to know about the claim and explained what I didn't. Everything was really smooth and efficient. He made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely go back and I would absolutely recommend this shop for your auto body needs!”

“Oscar is fast, knowledgeable and helpful. I stripped a bolt while installing a water pump and called Oscar to see if he could help. I brought my bike over the same day and immediately got to work. After he installed the new part, he inspected the bike and found a serious issue with the bolt that holds rear shock in place. He fixed it and got it back to me the next day. Honestly, Oscar saved a life that day. If the bolt holding the rear shock ever came off, it could have been catastrophic. 10/10, reasonable prices, honest and highly recommend him for any future service your bike may need!”

“My new Tesla Model Y has a 4 inch scratch on the side door, due to my lousy parking skill. I was given an estimate at another Tesla certified body shop. The amount quoted was too high and made me reluctantly decided to live with the scratch, until a great friend of mine recommended Xcel Collision Center. The price given was a lot lower compared to the original estimate, and the quality of repair work was simply amazing. The center was courteous and prompt in getting the work done within 2 days. Now I am back with my "new" Tesla again. I would recommend taking your Tesla body repair to Xcel Collision Center and ask for Dai.”

“Thomas, Jerry, and the team do great work. Earlier this year I brought my 3rd gen 4runner to their shop for a complete inspection and after speaking with them about the priority of needs, I had them update much of my front end suspension. These guys are extremely knowledgable when it comes to toyotas and understand the the realtionship between these vehicles and aftermarket parts. Other toyota specialists I have worked with in the past can sometimes roll their eyes at the wear and tear placed on these vehicles due to the abuse they can take from drvining offroad and replacing OEM parts but Thomas and Jerry are focused on providing great customer service and flawless execution of their craft. I just bought new tires and despite having free lifetime alignments at a chain tire shop, I brought my 4runner back to Flex Function because I know these guys will get my vehicle dialed and will provide feedback I can trust. I won't be taking my vehicles to any other shop going forward.”

“I will be very honest with this review and I hope it helps. My insurance company recommended Golden West Collision Center after an accident with my car. I was able to get in the same day of the accident to have my car looked over and get an estimate for the cost to fix it. At my initial visit the staff was friendly and helpful, all went smooth. A few days later I got the update that my car would take approximately 2 weeks to fix. Now this is where is gets a little disappointing. When I went to pick up the car, I could clearly see the bumper was not aligned properly.There was a gap on the side where the repair was to be done. I pointed this out to Andres, who noticed as well. I left my car so that they could fix this, thinking I would get it back the next day. This was not the case. A few days later I went back and there was still a gap and then I noticed the paint in the area that was fixed was not correct as it had more of a yellow tint in it vs my white plus there was over spray on the hood and doors. Again they kept the car to fix these two issues. The third time I went back the gap was still not fixed. At this point after several attempts at fixing my car, to be honest I was done. That is when the owner, Joe McKenna, contacted me wanting to make things right. He was able to get the insurance to authorize the actual manufacturers bumper for my car and make things right. After 4 weeks, I was finally able to pick up my car and it looks amazing. Joe and the whole team at Golden West Collision Center were great and I am thankful for all the hard work that team put into getting my car back to normal. It was definitely a longer process than I anticipated and yes there were bumps in the road but they did come through in the end. For this I am very appreciative.”
