  Had an appointment today at 3pm. Walked out at 4:30 with nothing accomplished. All I needed was to open a trust account in the name of my deceased mother's living trust. Clearly it was asking to much from this bank. I left feeling very frustrated. I will take my business elsewhere!

  Bank manager on duty refused to help my wife with a name change on our accounts. We were told told make an appointment even though there were no customers in the bank.

  This Well Fargo Bank is pretty bad, always long lines and very little employees working. There is not enough tellers working behind the windows, but too many "bankers" hanging around. Also these bankers look at you up and down to determine if you might be a "valuable" customer. I am taking my band business elsewhere.
