“I've used Windvest to fund 3 projects as of the writing of this review. Each time the level of customer service was beyond expectation. They work quickly and make it very easy to do business with them.Our first transaction with them was for a small (14 unit) apartment complex in Tennessee. Our traditional lender had been promising a closing date that would match with the seller's expectations. That date slipped, and then slipped again. The seller would no longer allow us to extend the time to close. We had to complete the transaction or lose the property. Andre and his team had us closed with just 8 days notice - a minor miracle when it comes to cross-country commercial lending!”
“First Republic bank has been the best banking experience I've ever had. Ang banking issues and you get a direct line to your banker, not a 1-800 number. Customer service seems to be their top priority. Any questions or issues are handled promptly. The employees are fast, efficient, and friendly and always have a positive attitude. I'm disappointed I spent so much time with chase and other globo banks and didn't come to First Republic sooner.”

“Jack Loehr is the best financial advisor at Edward Jones. Why is he the best? 1. Within one year of him taking over my IRA in 2020, he grew my investment by ~ 24.88%+ and 13.99%+ in 2021 (38.87% in a 2 year period). 2. He advised me last year to not take the advance child credit because it may adversely affect my tax liability. Welp, he was right! I owe $3,000, which is the amount of the advance child credit. Luckily for me, I heeded his guidance and saved the money in a high interest bearing account to leverage the money to make money for my kids' college. So now, no stress!
