“Actually these five stars go to the staff at this Santee, CA, branch. Especially Kendrick. On several occasions he has serviced our needs for various transactions. He is pleasant and thorough in handling our needs. Navy Federal is truly the place to bank for any savings and CD accounts. They offer a fantastic return for our money. Our only complaint with the bank is that they handle most things through a third party which tends to lag. We just got so spoiled with our previous bank that everything was same day (bill payments and Zelle) Not so here. Like I said the staff is the best!!! Thank you Kendrick for your great service!”

“Had a situation where my bank account number was stolen from the mail. Although there was no avenue to address the problem through the weekend. :( and it took 25 min to get through to fraud first thing on Monday morning.... I was then referred to my local branch to set up new accounts. And that's where this review begins. The Santee branch was very accommodating and helpful. Sofia set things up. It was a long process, but She was very compassionate and efficient in getting things straightened out. She also brought in her manager, Richard, who was equally helpful and professional and seemed to be very knowledgable. I also dealt with him the next day, when I needed to bring in my husbands signatures, and he expedited getting me what I needed. A very good, pleasant experience given a disconcerting situation.”

“Thank you. I usually do my banking at about 10:30 AM weekdays because it's very rarely busy then. We opened our account in 1968 and began using this branch 9 years ago after moving into Santee. Most of the staff remember me and a couple call me by name. Even the Security Officer exhibits friendly professionalism. I feel very comfortable here. You will too.”
