  So happy I changed to cricket, the manager Sophia was so helpful, guiding me helping me and really really appreciate it. Came in and noticed there was a rude customer being rude to her and she was so polite being helpful to the customer and help me. She’s just one of the best employees ever!!!!

  Came in to add long distance for my line and I hardly get great costumer service anywhere but Sophia did a great job.Guided me thru my new line and was helpful and patient .?

  So glad I changed to Cricket!! Loving it! Very helpful Employees. Really enjoyed the smaller store with less bling-bling than Verizon Stores
